WAS INCREDIBLE!! Hettie did not disappoint with vibes locations and music!! Had the most amazing time met so many new friends for life and couldn’t have asked for a better trip she was fabulous, made me feel so welcome and happy really felt at home in my environment! She’s amazing Hettie you’re the best !!

I’ve now done 2 trips with Hettie’s holidays and couldn’t recommend a better company to book with , always great vibes and nice to go away with someone whose organised it all so I can sit back and relax

Went to Marbella with Hetties Holidays for the ULTIMATE girly day trip and it was honestly incredible. So well organised, jam packed, fun, and another place ticked off my travel list. What an amazing business to get girls out, making friends, travelling more and most importantly making memories for life!❤️

Went to Lisbon on 14th September 2026 and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Beautiful city, great memories, plenty of laughs and an experience I’ll genuinely never forget. A massive shoutout to Natasha, who was professional, organised and completely on point throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble; she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was looked after. It’s those little extra touches and genuine care that make such a difference. Hetties Holidays has a way of bringing women together, giving us the chance to switch off from everyday life, have fun, make memories and actually feel like ourselves again.

Great ladies who run Hetties Holidays and Hettie herself is amazing. Works so hard and puts her all into it. I loved the Dublin day trip I went on, is such a great idea and beautiful you can meet friends for life on these trips.

Booked on to the Nashville trip for the first time with Hettie and she advertised that the accommodation is central when in fact it was in the middle of no where with no nothing near by and ended up spending so much on Ubers. It also stared on the website that Ubers are included in part of planned activities when this wasn’t the case we only got picked up once and had to pay for Ubers our self to planned activities. We also were promised as stated in description welcomes drinks on arrival which we didn’t get this should have been made clear on the website as central would mean somewhere like central location is broadway not a place in the middle of nowhere with no shops even walking Distance. And clearly state where the area of accommodation is I understand you don’t want to share exact location to every one but advertising as central is misleading when in fact it was east Nashville

Really great experience with Hettie’s holidays. All organised from start to finish so nothing to worry about apart from arriving at the airport. Natasha (the host) as well as the girls on the trips have all been so friendly. Will definitely be joining again & would recommend to others!

I have previously travelled with hettie to ibiza on the 24hrs trip to Ibiza and this was my first trip and it was perfect. Everything is planned out for you and you get to meet other lovely girls that want to do the same thing. My recent trip was to lisbon which was hosted by Natasha and this trip was even better than the last one and the accommodation was amazing. We got a rooftop pool in our apartment and it had the most unreal view for sunsets. I would defo recommend if you are looking to travel with other girlies instead of solo travelling.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with this business.

I paid a £300 deposit towards a Bodrum 2027 holiday. The booking was arranged directly through Instagram because the business’s website would not work and I was therefore unable to complete the booking through the website.

I specifically asked for confirmation of my booking and the applicable terms and conditions, but despite requesting them, I was never provided with either. To this day, I have still received no booking confirmation setting out exactly what I had booked.

There were also concerns regarding the information I was being given about my booking. Hettie told me that she needed to contact Ryanair regarding my flights. I subsequently had to correct her and point out that the flights were actually with easyJet. This, combined with the fact that I had still not received any booking confirmation despite specifically requesting it, raised serious concerns for me about whether the booking had actually been made as stated.

When I later requested to cancel and receive a refund, I was told that the deposit was non-refundable. My concern is that these terms were not provided to me, despite me specifically asking for them, and I was therefore never given the opportunity to review them.

I have retained screenshots and correspondence relating to the booking and payment, including my requests for confirmation and the applicable terms. The evidence speaks for itself.

I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly and have given the business every reasonable opportunity to address my concerns. Unfortunately, those attempts have not resulted in a satisfactory resolution.

As someone who also runs a business, I find the way this situation has been handled extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, unacceptable. I expected a basic level of communication, transparency and professionalism when paying £300 towards a holiday.

What I find particularly concerning is that I have repeatedly tried to resolve this reasonably and directly, yet I have been left having to take further steps to address an issue that could, in my view, have been resolved through straightforward communication.

I have now exhausted my attempts to resolve this matter directly. I will therefore be taking the matter further through the appropriate channels and have retained all relevant evidence and screenshots to support my position.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering booking to make sure they receive full booking confirmation and all applicable terms and conditions in writing before making payment.

I've just come home from my 8th hetties holidays trip, with Natasha and Ruby. What an amazing company, I've never had a bad trip, host or group, every holiday is full of memories and new friends. It's such a brilliant concept from Hettie and so nice to see the business go from strength to strength. If you're thinking of booking all I would say is do it, you won't regret it ❤️

Also managed to get us into the rose & ball where the food was top class & the drinks were also included , you could eat & drink as much as you liked & then we were also given two free drinks vouchers each whilst watching the match. Three trips, three completely different experiences — and I’ve loved every single one!

I’ve now been on three trips with Hettie: an Ibiza party trip, a Mallorca wellness retreat (with her sister company Empower Her Retreats), and an action packed ski trip and every one has been incredible in its own completely different way.

The organisation is genuinely flawless. Everything is thought of, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Flights, transfers, accommodation, activities and all the holiday admin are taken care of, which takes away so much of the stress that normally comes with organising a trip.

But what really makes Hettie’s Holidays special is Hettie herself. She is so down-to-earth, friendly and welcoming, and has a way of making everyone feel instantly comfortable. It genuinely feels like you’re going away with a group of girls you’ve known for years, even when you’ve never met them before.

I was one of the oldest girls on the Ibiza trip and, if I’m honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I ended up making some amazing friends who I still regularly meet up with now. That’s one of the best things about these trips: you go away solo, but you never really feel alone.

Three trips in and I’m already looking forward to planning my next Hettie’s Holiday! I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough and it’s amazing to see all the new places Hettie’s Holidays are offering 💕

I could not say anything but positive things about Hettie’s holidays. I booked a trip to Venice with them for a surprise for my mums birthday, things couldn’t have run more smoothly. Great customer support and help throughout not only the booking process but the lead up to the trip. Chloe was an amazing host and had to most incredible day in Venice. More trips booked and even more excited, highly recommend!

went to marbella in july 2026, i had the best time and met the best girls! if your someone who wants to get out there comfort zone and be around likeminded girls do a hetties holiday, you won’t regret it. i have bali 2027 booked and can’t wait for it. thank you hettie 🫶🏼

I’ve now been on 3 trips with Hetties Holidays and every single one has been nothing short of amazing !

After some unexpected changes in my life, I decided I wanted to start doing things that make me happy again and push myself outside of my comfort zone. Taking that first step can feel really daunting, especially when you’re travelling with people you’ve never met before but Hettie makes the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. The group chats are created before each trip, so everyone has the chance to get to know each other beforehand. By the time you actually go away it feels like you’ve known everyone for ages !

These trips have given me some incredible memories, amazing experiences and most importantly friendships that I know will last a lifetime. I’ve met some genuinely wonderful people through Hetties Holidays and I couldn’t recommend the trips enough. If you’re thinking about stepping outside your comfort zone and doing one of these trips DO IT ! You won’t regret it !

My mum booked a day trip with Hettie’s Holidays for my birthday, and I thought it was just going to be the two of us until our host Chloe and all the girls surprised me at the airport! It was such a wonderful day, chilled, wholesome and full of lovely memories and laughs. Everything was planned so well by Chloe and the whole day ran so smoothly. I felt completely safe being guided by her, and she was always making sure everyone was okay and having a good time. We had a wonderful lunch, plenty of Limoncello spritz, lots of laughs and the best company! I would absolutely love to come on another Hettie’s Holidays trip again though next time I think I’ll have to join for a longer stay! 🤍

Some reviews on this platform are reactive because of negative but honest feedback. What a shame Hettiesholidays couldn’t be more constructive in the way they deal with the customer concerns and experiences!! Great concept just badly executed by chloe

Honestly, I had the most unreal time! A group of 19 likeminded girlies partying away in Ibiza for 24 hours, living our best life, making life long memories with no judgement what so ever.

Hettie is also the kindest, most loveliest person, she always made sure everyone was having a great time and that no one was left out.

I’ve truly made friends for life and we’re already planning what to do next.

I only have positive things to say about Hetties holidays. Had the best trip with hettie to Ibiza in July. She is the perfect host - organised, fun, welcoming. What she does - bringing girls together and giving people the opportunity to live their best lives and try different experiences- is amazing, so many happy memories made. No regrets and would book again!
