The worst event ever!
Got an email hours before event to say it is postponed by 1 hour and then at the time of the event waited 20 minutes before they then announced event postponed check your email. I had no email! Waste of money and time. Tried to email them but it says undeliverable. Is this company even real. Ridiculous and a scam.

I spoke to I love the young lady today from switch cars in Luton lady name was marish great customer service fantastic cars I got my car within one hour and I live in Stevenage and they're from Luton beautiful car I could not ask for a better higher company if I could give them 10 gold stars I would highly recommend give them a go you will not be disappointed a big thumbs up

A ridiculously complicated website that keeps you clicking and clicking in circles and forces you to log out after clicking on certain tabs. Navigation is very hard. It needs to be better formatted, it is more than likely that the problems are to do with the backend of the website.

Easy to navigate website and made the job hunting process very simple!

I would definitely recommend to anyone to use this platform for their job hunting experience.

Wish I could give 100/10. HeyTempo have been excellent in finding me temporary work. They are also so quick and supportive. It’s a very easy process and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I have MS and didn't read notifications properly...but they are great! Even got a message to say my items are at the airport:)

Using Tempo is so easy! You feel so supported on every stage of the process.
There are a number of opportunities and unlike other recruitment platforms or agencies, I can see the role details such as location, and pay (which is often not stated in job descriptions).
I have been able to do temp work to gain experience and landed a perm role through tempo!

I've had a great experience hiring entry level sales roles through Tempo.
Unliked Linkedin, most of the profiles are relevant and the amount of interviews I've had have more than doubled since I've been using the platform.
Tobi has been a huge support ensuring we got off to a good start, we really appreciate his presence and his flexibility. Harry also, it's been a pleasure working with him on an ongoing basis now to ensure we are targeting the right profiles.

Also the customer service is exceptional they seem to actually care and will go out of their way to fix issues I have had in the past, I also always recommend to my friends, you may not have 1000s of jobs but the jobs you do have are quality!

I've had a great experience using Tempo.

The job-finding experience on Tempo was great. It's such an intuitive and easy-to-use platform and the process of applying, getting an interview, and then the job was so fast!

I did have an issue with ome of the forms not having the right options but Emma-Leigh was super helpful and got it sorted very quickly.

All in all I would definitely recommend Tenpo to anyone looking for temporary roles!

I was recommended Tempo by a friend. I found creating a profile fairly easy and straightforward. Ended up getting a job through them after only a few weeks. Overall a good experience

I had a really positive, personal and all round great experience with Tempo. The platform itself is something I feel has been missing from the recruitment industry for years, it keeps the process personal between the candidate and hiring manager, very user friendly and has a support team that are always ready to help.

If you're a company with an in-house recruitment team I would highly recommend using this or at the very least enquiring about the platform for your companies benefit.

Lastly Meghan was extremely helpful throughout my use of the platform and was always on hand. 10/10.

Today I had one of the most absurd and infuriating interactions of my life. A company who “does not believe in middle men” called me about an application I made on a job website. The only information the recruiter knew about the role was the name of the company, which she wasn’t allowed to say over the phone. I was interviewed poorly to then be to told I had to sign up on the platform and make a profile, where I could actually apply for the role; that was advertised with the wrong title.
Recruitment is broken, yes. Mostly by poorly informed middle men. Tempo has unfortunately & ironically become yet another one of these despite its tag line.

If I could give 0 for this review I would in my opinion 1 is too good for them.

From the get go I had a feeling this company seemed unorganised and unprofessional.The Co founder when I had my interview liked how I came across and my experience as it was inline with what they are looking for so I thought it went well I was enthusiastic had wealth of experience and came across well. Here's where it all went Pete tong.

Alas received feedback, or poorly lazy written feedback 2 months after interview,yes 2 months .With what they felt other candidates showed more "zest" a role they have never advertised or had any in house experience in the company.

You would have thought a company that has been established for 4 years would have an established internal recruitment process as they are a "recruitment agency"that want to in their words "disrupt the recruitment industry" They can't even sort out their internal hiring process in a timely manner. I dread to think what the external process is like for candidates apply for roles .

The joke is they are still recruiting for the role so where are these candidates that have shown more "zest" hmm seems like they have no idea how to recruit,select and hire the irony.....

Bad n bad again

Fantastic company - I got a part-time job through them quickly and seamlessly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a temporary job at established companies :)

Terrible Company that keeps hassling you when you're telling them to stop emailing you. I don't know how they even got my email address but they just won't stop hassling you!
