Typically, when ordering a bed, I stick to the famous well-known high street brands, but I came across this local business online and the pricing was spot. The best customer services I have ever had. Very highly recommended.

I am over the moon with my purchase. I purchased the HF4you Naples bed& mattress. The quality of the bed is excellent, with plenty of storage space underneath and the mattress is extremely comfortable.

The customer service throughout was outstanding, from placing my order to delivery, nothing was too much trouble. Delivery men arrived within the allocated time slot.

Absolutely shocking service, poor quality mattress, not as described poorly made. The mattress that I ordered was meant to be memory foam, this was definitely not memory foam. I can feel the springs through the mattress and the quality is poorly made. It was not what I was looking for at all.
I tried to send my mattress back immediately after receiving and they are making me pay for my own courier, although it’s not really my fault their item isn’t as described or poor quality!

My word of advice is DON’T buy from here! Use a well known retailer or one that actually gives you what you’ve asked for. I went for a huge memory foam pillow top mattress and it actually feels like someone has shoved a thin duvet on top and cannot feel the foam!

This company are your worst nightmare...as has been said before..using images of reputable products from reputable companies and selling their own shoddy goods..in my case a mattress.They have no business ethics and but for the support and intervention of PayPal we would have lost all our money on our purchase.I hope they get as much bad publicity as they truly deserve... they're not fit to be trading.... shameful

Terrible company that advertise fake images and sells to customer and when contact didn't help in anyway nor did i get a refund. avoid them and save yourself from getting scammed.

Ordered a bed November 2019. Bed started to degrade well within a year. Now conveniently a couple of months out of warranty the springs in the mattress have collapsed and are poking through the fabric. Caused a deep cut on my calf before I noticed it and removed it. The seams of the bed have split. Contacting customer service is a waste of time. Short, snippy responses from someone not suited to dealing with the public and now they are failing to reply. This is in spite of them answering an email I made on my alternative email address to make sure they were definitely ignoring them. I'm currently seeking advice from citizens advice but I'd steer clear from ordering anything from here.

My goodness I have tried to leave the most positive reviews on this site and then it blocks me.

Now, whilst my initial order was not the best experience, the customer service most certainly was. There was a problem with the delivery but to be fair that wasn’t home furnishings fault, it was white arrow the transport company that had screwed up.

I dealt with the most remarkable, customer service operator that went above and beyond to accommodate my initial order. Rebecca was not only the consummate professional but she displayed empathy, understanding and a dogged approach to solving the problem in hand. We had adopted a child who had chosen the dream bed. When the bed didn’t arrive we were vilified by social services. Rebecca offered to speak to them personally to validate that I had indeed ordered said bed.

Rebecca became a valued and trusted point of contact, she went above and beyond in
order to satisfy the problem in hand. She was honest, displayed empathy and was just a joy to work in conjunction with.

The bed arrived last Friday, easy to assemble and absolutely beautiful, one happy child in place.

Thanks Rebecca, after reading the negative reviews I was initially sceptical, you changed my opinion, you were amazing and so lovely.

This company is the provider of my dining table I ordered through look again catalogue it was a elm wood retro fusion table I ordered it and recieved it damaged when it arrived I contacted look again 6 times to get a refund and for the table to be taken away but home furnishings have not sent a courier to pick it up and look again are doing nothing to help with the situation I would avoid at all costs both these companies i have been very patient with them but they still have my money and i still have a faulty item stuck in my hall

Happy with delivery time and product itself but still waiting on a reply from customer services regarding a damaged part of the base board. One week later and still no acknowledgement even of email.
