sent the wrong thing and can not get hold of anybody to change it to what i want the worst place to shop from only shop from here if you like random stuff

Extraordinarily quick and efficient service thank you

Very poor communication, website says next day delivery but I had to Facebook message them to find out what was happening, nothing on website saying about any delays etc.

Avoid thos Company.
Delivered totally wrong bed base and are now ignoring my emails and telephone calls go unanswered when trying to get this rectified.
Going to have to make a claim through paypal.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..., Ordered curtains 6weeks ago.. Glady took my money but no curtains.. Sent 4 emails and no reply thank goodness I paid through PayPal

Their double 'orthropedic' matress arrived with the delivery driver carrying it 3 feet off the ground in one hand. Wondered if it was some amazing lightweight design; unfortunately not -the wires can be felt throughout your back. I didn't expect much, just a slightly firm matress but this is impossible to use. Unfortunately it became clear when communicating with the company that they've no interest and want £50 to return, regardless of whether a product is fit for purpose or not. In my experience this company makes cheap knock-offs themselves (which would not meet trading standards - if they were interested); make them look great on photos; post nation-wide from Yorkshire; never-ever provide refunds; and charge £50 to collect - knowing that most people won't bother. My matress is lying in the garden with my other rubbish, still wrapped. I've just accepted that they've taken my money but lesson learned for next time is that i'll check companies house and Google reviews as the ratings on Amazon and Ebay seem to award sellers a minimum 3 stars as default as long as their product hasn't killed anyone. It has been a while since I've been completely wripped-off by a company in this way but just shows the need to do your research properly before pressing that 'Buy' button.

Bought a wardrobe from them,good advertising but the reality is a very poor quality finish

Bad service I called to confirm it would be next day delivery prior to purchasing as advertised, I was advised it would be, however it was not! also very unhelpful delivery driver.

Product as described, and delivery happened on scheduled date. Would have been good to get some form of confirmation for delivery, a time slot etc. Had to wait in the whole day until delivery at 4:30pm, with no way to know any further details.

Purchased 2 x 2 drawer divan bed set with mattresses Dec 2016.

We recently decided to replace and dispose of these, but whilst the ma1tresses had firer labels the divan base did not so they had not value and therefore did not comply with fire regulations at the time

Great product as we now have 2 king size, 3 doubles and 2 singles also a great service

This company really needs to employ better management, I made an order (Lamp Table) and received four emails stating
1: received the order
2: order being processed
3: the actual invoice of how much etc
4: out for dispatch
Then on the morning of delivery I get a phone call saying it isn’t even in stock, apparently the manager whose name is REBECCA something she wouldn’t even give me her second name tried telling me I went through EBay and there emails are automated, which wasn’t the case at all so there’s yet another LIE, I also asked to be compensated for taking the whole day of work (she wasn’t interested at all) told me to write it all done in an email which I’ve done three times now and what a surprise NOTHING BACK over a week now VERY VERY BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!
I never wrote a bad review in my life but this had to be done to warn people of this company.

Very fast secure delivery & fair value for money in terms of quality...

Could have told us that the bed was only delivered to the bottom of our flat and no help to bring it in to the house before paying had to wait 4 hours until my son and his friend could help
