Terrible service. No one responds, and my parcel has apparently been lost. I went to the pickup point in person, but the employee told me that the parcel had never been delivered there and that this happens frequently with HFD. Customer support provides no useful information, and I still have no idea where my parcel is. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

לא ממליצה את החברה. מחליפים נקודות מסירה ללא הודעה . ההחלפה לא מתאימה בכלל! אין אופציה לשנות למשהוא אחר. אין מאנה. לא מעבירים לנציג. השירות רק דרך רובוט. מערכת עלהפמים

no matter what, in my opinion avoid dealing with them. they actually change the pickup point without consulting with you!!! and even to a different city!!! and no once. even after filing a complaint they just do it again.
1 star is too high. even zero is too high.

The WORST delivery company in the world, botted google reviews, everyone has problems, cant receive my package for a month and you can't contact any human only AI shit bot. NEVER EVER use this company

חברה שצריך פשוט למחוק!!! שירות מחפיר!!!! אם נתקעת עם חבילה שנשלחה דרכם, אין לך שום מוצא חוץ מלדבר עם בוט ai שלא עוזר בכלום. שליחים חצופים!!!!!

Rarely have I encountered a delivery service that manages to be simultaneously inefficient, inaccessible, and unhelpful — yet this was my experience with HFD, not once but twice in a row.
In both cases, my packages were sent to pickup points unreasonably far from my delivery address, despite the existence of much closer alternatives. Instead of offering a solution, the system seemed designed to make the customer deal with the inconvenience alone.
Contacting customer service by email was equally frustrating. Most replies felt automated and generic, and when a human representative finally responded, the communication was unprofessional, dismissive, and at times outright rude. At no stage was there any genuine attempt to understand the issue or help resolve it.
A delivery company is ultimately judged by its ability to deliver packages in a reasonable and accessible way. In my case, HFD failed repeatedly.
I would strongly avoid using this company whenever alternatives exist.

A D2D delivery goes to A store, somewhere in the city!
Their “ai” service on WhatsApp is literally Artificial Ignorance!
So disgusting!

החברה איבדה את החבילה שלי עם מתנת יום הולדת, כשפנינו אליהם הם התעקשו שהחבילה בנקודת האיסוך אחרי שהפכו במקום את כל החבילות.
אחר כך הם הורידו את השווי של החבילה לערך מומצא בשביל להתחמק מאחריות.
בהמשך היום הם הודיעו לנו שוב שהחבילה בנקודת האיסוך אחרי ספירת מלאי וכשהגענו לאסוף אותה שוב ביום למחרת היא עדיין לא הייתה שם.
לאחר הסופש קיבלנו הודעה שהחבילה יצאה להפצה חוזרת (מנקודת החלוקה כנראה כי לא נראה לי שהנהגים שלהם עובדים בשבת) ושהיא תגיע בראשון לנקודת האיסוף שוב.
ביום ראשון פנינו לנקודת האיסוף לפני שנסע לשם כי החברה הוכיחה את עצמה כלא אמינה ונאמר לנו שהחבילה לא שם.
לאחר פניה נוספת לשירות הלקוחות שלהם התגלה שהחבילה במחסן שלהם בכלל ושהיא הוחזרה לשם עקב אי-איסוף (כמובן שלא נוכל לאסוף אותה אם אתם לא שלחתם אותה לנקודה בכלל)

חברה גרועה, לא אמינה שמשקרת ללקוחות שלה בלב שלם ומטעה אותם.
מאחל לכל מי שקורא את זה שלא יצטרך להתעסק איתם

חרא של חברה. הכי גרועה שיש. שולחים משלוחים לאן שבא להם ולא לאן שמבקשים, לרוב רחוק מאוד ממקום מגורים ובצד השני של העיר. לפעמים נותנים כתובת לא נכונה של מקום לאיסוף המשלוח. חיפשתי את המקום במשך שבועיים. פעם אחרת גם נתנו כתובת לא נכונה ובמשך שעה נעלצתי להסתובב במקום בכדי למצוא אותו. ניסיתי ליצור קשר עם החברה במייל ובטלפון ובכל מקום עונה מזכירה . אלקטרונית ולא ניתן להשיג אדם חי לדבר איתו. אם יש לכם אפשרות לבחור חברה, תבחרו כל חברה אפשרית רק לא אותם

This is a joke site and service. Just got abroad and got a msg from HFD about a parcel to be picked up. Fine, I want to let them know I’ll be back home in ten days. Their site is blocked if you try to contact them from abroad…Told you, it’s a joke, a bad joke…

Not a recommendation delivery service.
There service is bad and you have no one to speak with.

1)a company sent me a parcel. I get a message saying the delivery will be delivered. I check the address.. Completely the wrong address.. I tell them it's the wrong address and switch it to the new address (I'm not sure how they even got that address. Nothing like the real address)
I didn't hear anything from them for a few weeks.. I try calling.. Nothing. I speak to the company that sent it.. They can get through to them.. For the next few weeks I'm just trying to get hold of them.. Then they sat they can't find the parcel.. Then they say they found it but someone took the sticker off. Then they say oooo that didn't happen. Then I give them the proper address.. I don't hear from them.. Then they call me and say they can't speak to me only to the company that sent the parcel.. No problem... Then I don't hear anything from them.. Now someone just messaged me me asking if this parcel is for me.. It went to wrong address that they had to originally.. Clearly stating on the sticker to call me 30 min before arrival with my phone number... So now I have to go the wrong way address to pick it up and do there work for them...

A new low in service. Package hasn't arrived. Every day they promise it's coming. Still waiting. You also can't speak to anyone, even though they have promised to call.

טיפול של החברה על הפנים. הזמנתי למקום אחד והביאו משלוח למקום אחר. רחוק מאוד ממני ועמוס. התכתבתי איתם. אמרו שאין מה לעשות ושאבוא לשם לאסוף או שאבטל את המשלוח. שירות רע מאוד

If I could give zero stars I would. They are hired by the interior ministry to deliver passports. My original pick up point was about two minutes from my house, but they changed it to a half an hour walk. They bombarded me with messages 2 to 3 a day saying come pick up your passport or it will be returned within seven days. I went to the far pick a place on the hours that it said, but the store was closed locked no one there the store owner next-door said it happens all the time. They are never open when they’re supposed to be and people are looking for their packages. I contacted them by email. The only way you can actually get a person, but I’m not sure it might’ve been a bot. They assured me someone would call me to provide me with service but of course no one did horrible horrible service and today I still do not have my passport.

By being more helpful with pick up points
And acknowledging that not every one has the means to go get package
What is the point of ordering on line if I have to chase halfway across the country to collect. Points should e near home address.

A truly horrific company, with non-existent customer service.

An email that gets unanswered or one of those inane WhatsApp bots.

Why bother choosing your own pickup point? They change it anyway.

And only 48 hours to get a package. And god forbid you have mobility issues, you need to take a taxi.

I don't think I have ever truly hated a delivery company more.

When I order from overseas and see the LMC is HFD, I cringe!
