Purchased two rechargeable automatic hay feeding bags. Received a cheap bag that was not automatic or rechargeable. Emailed and was told to send pictures of the product and shipping slip. Sent. It has been a month and they keep sending replies “thank you for your patience and we are investigating”. Do not purchase anything from this company. you will not receive what they advertised.

Failed to deliver product, kept my money
I ordered a product values at AUD45.00. They sent me a product available on Alibaba for AUD4.00. They confirmed by email the mistake was theirs, then for the next 4 weeks they kept sending me bulls67t emails asking me to be patient, that it was under investigation etc. I ended up disputing the transaction with my bank. Annoying, condescending, lying scumbags.

Don't buy anything from this company, it's a scam.
You won't receive what you ordered, after 5 months of emailing them, every time they say they're looking for a solution.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Advertises 1 product and posts you something completely different and inferior to what I ordered. I have been emailing them for 3 months in regards to a refund. They keep claiming they are “investigating” and stonewalling me. Asked me for an order number which was not on their invoice. Also asked me for photos of the product and also the packaging and then claims my photos did not work on their end. They were taken with an iPhone.
Update. So after 4 months of back and forth and their “investigations” into my order. They started talking about compensation and a refund. Well I got what they called “compensation”.
$1. That is it. One single dollar. When I questioned this, they responded with “we are still investigating. So I’m not holding my breath.
