The first time I order from this company over a year and a half ago, I got my order. It took about a month but I got it. This time I ordered a few thing back at the beginning of Oct 2023. I got no response or tracking info by the end of Nov 2023. So I saw on IG that something had happened to the company and that they were rebuilding the website and had a new email. So I wrote to the new email in the beginning of Dec asking about my order and got a response within a couple of days letting me know that they are sifting through orders that were not fulfilled and when they pack mine I will get a few gift for my patience. I waited until about 2 weeks ago, so mid Jan 2024 asking for an update. To this day, end of Jan I have still yet to get a response. Yet they are still advertising fulfilling new orders on their social media.

100% SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY!!!
I ordered x2 pigments from them April 2023…..I’m still waiting for my order!!! When I’ve emailed I’ve got absolutely no response. If you look at their instagram page people leave negative comments and they’re deleted constantly, because I’ve been checking. I’m really surprised they haven’t been shut down. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Items never received, ordered Oct 2023, chased order and recieved an reply stating problems with company directors and would be posted before end of 2023, again never recieved- emailed again and recieved a generic response stating items would be posted 1st week of Jan 2024 again never recieved goods. Company now ignoring emails and social platform messages requesting either the items or a refund. Company still posting all over social media will all these amazing deals but ignoring any comments questioning them.

Siamo a gennaio 2024 e non abbiamo mai avuto nessun riscontro nè in direct, nè su mail, nè altro. E ovviamente mai arrivato. Incredibile.

I ordered, they withdrew the money - and I never heard from them again. Tried to contact them several times, but they are not responding.

Watch out!!! And don’t buy from them!

My items was never sent. Have tried to contact the Company for a whole year now, they just delete my comments on Instagram.
Never buy from this scam Company

I made an order back in October, 2023, and have yet to receive my order despite reaching out. I have not even received a response from my inquiry. I should have researched more, because apparently this company is notorious for taking orders and NOT shipping the products.

Never received my orders. I got a response after ordering from their help email with a screenshot of my orders in lieu of a confirmation email.

Since then I have attempted to follow up 4 times and had no response. I will now report as fraud.

Don't bother wasting your money

This is an awful company you will not get your orders they do not have the stock to fulfill all of their orders and most go unfulfilled what Reddit has to say about this brand is absolutely horrible I am still waiting on an email to unlock my account and I have messaged them on IG about finding tracking information. They honestly just want you to place your order so they can take your money and ignore you I've already disputed the charges save your time and frustration this brand is awful.

I have made an order during Black Friday. I never received it, the support doesn't answer on Instagram or mail, and I basically have never heard back from them. Had to ask for a refund through my bank and at this point I just hope to have my money back

SCAM!!!!! placed an order October of 2023, took my money and never received the order. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! They are disgusting deceitful scammers!!!!!

Placed an order October 5th, 2023 and have never received an update on my order (it is now January 2024). I emailed the contact available on the IG profile and was told their website had been hacked and they had a bunch of orders to fill. I understand that things happen, but to continue to do giveaways and special sales when you are already behind on fulfilling orders? Bad business. Save your money.

You get ABSOLUTELY NO response to communications. TicTok and IG both of their accounts have messages turned off. Theres no company phone number to contact for any support and you have to search for a email address which doesnt get a reply either. Ordered on 11/28/23 and dont have any messages or emails on shipment. Tried to dispute the charge with my bank and they wanted to say it was a legitimate charge.

Hello. If it was possible to choose 0 stars, I would. This bussiness is a SCAM, is fraudulent and you WILL loose your money. I placed an orden on mid november and I never received a confirmation email. I only have the order "number" because I took a picture of my screen when I made the purchase. I still haven't received my products. When I wrote to their email address to ask about the confirmation email, they said I should check my junk mail. I have checked everything and they never sent it. After that reply, I have written at least 3 emails to them inquiring about my VERY delayed order and they do not reply at all. I am a fool, if I had checked this website before buying I never would have done so, but here we are. Please do not fall for this scam. I have started legal procedures with my bank and I have reported them to every goverment/police/consumer office I've thought of, but I'm hopeless about getting my money back. I lost about 80€ - it doesn't seem like much but it is a lot for me.. I had been saving that money as a treat for me and some Christmas gifts for people I love. I just hope as many people as possible read this and don't fall for it like I did. Hidden Cosmetics is a Scam and a nightmare.

Honteux, lamentable, cela fait des mois que je leur écrit sans aucun retour de leur part! 8 mois que j'ai passé ma commande et toujours rien reçu à ce jour, c'est une grosse arnaque!

They have a nerve to say I'm spamming them after never even recieving a confirmation email but yet they got the money..tf. spam site 100% they have me 2 different email as well

I ordered several items from Hidden Cosmetics in August, I have still not received my items and Royal Mail informed me the tracking number was fake. I have emailed and commented several times and they have not responded. They lack basic people skills and customer service and will be filing a complaint. The Order # was 27976. I am requesting a full refund
