Hifi Gear Reviews

Great service once again, rang to arrange an amplifier demo and it was all sorted even though I changed the line up at the last minute.
Great advice and a quality sound room to really listen to what you are about to buy.
My go to HiFi dealer
Thanks guys
Kevin

I brought the ex demo model of the Rega Saturn mk3 cd and am absolutely blown away by how much of an upgrade it is over my audiolab cd player. The difference is massive, more of everything but also much more involving and musical.
As always Jamie and Charlie make the whole experience an absolute pleasure.
Cheers guys, I’ll be back.

Rapid response to on-line request for advice on which radio/CD system would be best replace our old one. Very knowledgeable and willing to demonstrate using similar turntable and our own music. Spent time explaining how to get best results and was available by telephone if there were any issues.

Excellent communication through email and delivered a super-sounding system based on their very good knowledge. Will use them again, thank you.

Very fast service, decent price, good product.

Nicely terminated NACA5 quickly delivered, thanks!

Popped into the store but the item I wanted was. Out of stock, ordered via website and got a great price and speedy delivery.

Always a good outlet for your Hi Fi requirements Jamie and Charlie really know their stuff which makes it easier for the customer to make the right decisions.
Thanks chaps.

Great service, despatched the items that day, and arrived the next. Website and email confirmation looks at bit basic, verses other sites, but it works and I'd have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Good communication and advice. Quick delivery

The UK made Rega turntable arrived on time and with good packaging. Hifi Gear had timed the delivery to my chosen day which was helpful.

Absolutely an amazing service and customer experience from the team. Extremely knowledgable, understanding and gave great advice. And the purchase and delivery experience was second to none. Would highly recommend

Great place overall. Made an order and received a friendly email from one of the staff that was very informative. My order arrived fast for click and collect and when collecting the order the guy asked me if I needed any help on the product ordered and that if I did I could contact them. Very helpful and great customer service. Very hard to find this now a days.

Great packaging.... super delivery time, spoke to a fella on the phone who was very helpful and knowledgeable

Great shop for music lovers and hi-fi enthusiasts, grange range of products at every price range and helpful, knowledgable staff. Highly recommended.

very patient demoing, great advice, great installation

Highly recommended for their excellent service and sensible advice. Went to listen to turntables and ended up staying for a few hours. Jamie went through them and changed the amplifier and speakers so we could get a good idea of how that altered the overall sound. He made it clear that there was no point in spending more on a turntable if its performance was limited by the other parts of the system. At the end we were happy we could make the correct choice based on how it was going to be used.

Fantastic store. Charlie so helpful and patient and knowledgeable. He explained stuff clearly to me on my first visit. I was so impressed and went back 2 weeks later and bought some beautiful B&W floorstanders which he set up to demo for me. He even wired up the same amp that I have at home to
Show the combination.

I’d have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic store and Charlie epitomises great customer service.

Great support and service - highly recommended.

Great communication, very helpful, prompt delivery, perfect packaging of fragile goods. Couldn't ask for more.
