Great experience for everyone, my 9 yo son loved it and we will be going back.

Your discount codes never work with disabled people needing a carer. For instance your bowser code.
This seems unfair considering the carer is just supervising. Yet they are not entitled to the same discounts as standard ticket holders, often making it work out more expensive for families with disabled people as the deals don't work for those families. Very disappointing.

Can I just add that the "Bowser" promotion is not a 3rd party voucher, like you have stated, it was emailed it directly from yourself.

Fantastic place with lots of cool games to play as single, double and even 4 players! From new games to old school classics like Pac-Man, Street Fighter and Time Crisis 5, this place has it all, as well as classic arcade favourites such as basketball, air hockey and many more! No need for any coins or tokens. Just make a one-off payment and enjoy 60 or 90 minutes of non-stop fun! We loved it just as much as our kids, so there is something for everyone no matter the age. What makes this place absolutely amazing is the warm hospitality shown by each and every staff member, making the experience all the more epic. A special shout out to Caitlin, George, Hudson and Kevin. Would definitely come again!

First visit and my children loved it. Great variety, lovely staff and not too busy so they could try everything they wanted without waiting. Will definitely recommend to others

Perfect ! the desk staff were amazing.It was our 1st time with 4 of our grandchildren one of the with special needs and the staff were fantastic helping him understand how to play a particular game he couldn't work out as he cannot read . They had a fantastic time and we had a carefree hour where we could sit and have a peaceful coffee knowing they were having fun

Great arcade in a good location. Clean, friendly, and with a wide variety of games. Visited with my two children and we all had a fantastic time. Highly recommend!

The staff (2 ladies) at the farnborough branch were absolutely lovely and made my son’s birthday a real success, we throughly enjoyed our first visit here as a family and are already talking about coming back again.

We had such a great time, it was so good playing retro games, even my 7 yr old granddaughter enjoyed playing and didn't want to leave.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great 8th Birthday party! Highly recommend the team at High Scores Farnborough. From booking, to amending the booking to add more guests to the actual day everything was so smooth and easy. Ellie, our party host was wonderful with the kids and so helpful throughout the day. Supervisor John was also great as well. The whole team was fantastic and they gave us the most stress-free kids party ever!

I can highly rate this games centre.. The staff are great and always smiling and helpful and go above and beyond to be honest. The place it self as been updated with lots of new machines and always clean... Well worth a visit and can highly recommend to anyone with kids or teenagers and of course us adults 👌 10/10

We had my son's 6th birthday party there over the weekend and it was lovely. Staff was polite and friendly, Daria was our party host and she went above and beyond to help with all our requests and ensure everyone enjoyed their party. We would absolutely recommend it!

Andover is not as enjoyable as Newbury, particularly for neurodivergence. The machines were turned up far too loud to be enjoyable. We also felt that the machine layout was not as well thought out as other High Scores places. While playing on the VR shooter, you get a hammer in your back from people testing their strength. While playing Mario Kart, you get a headache from people playing the bowling game behind you. Many of the machines were out of order, and some of the machines in use had issues, mario kart had wheels that while centered.. the machine would think you were doing a hard left making menu selection annoying and racing problematic. Luigi's mansion had a vacuum gun that had been duct taped back together, at an angle. It very much felt like all the machines that may have been put into storage with issues had been pulled out to make a new location. There were far too many people admitted for the size of the location, meaning people would pick a machine and stick to it otherwise they would be unable to use anything else. Overall, it's ok, but nowhere near the standard of other locations. Newbury still remains out firm favourite.

Really friendly atmosphere, well managed. Lots of fun had by all. No one hogged any particular games so everyone had a chance to play on all the games they wanted to. One hour flies by! Will be returning.

Tried to book for an upcoming family holiday, managed to book wrong venue(my fault). Contacted customer services on 16/03/26 and was told not to worry refund processed and would take 3-5 business days. So far, today has been 9 business days.......

We had a terrible experience at high scores Bracknell today, we decided my sons end of treatment party there as he has just rung the bell after two long years of chemotherapy, the staff were rude, the facial expressions and body language used towards us total unacceptable, they had some much information wrong about the party, my son and guests yet when we corrected them they still continued to get the information wrong, we felt we was constantly being watched by the staff which was very intimidating, the children were eating in the party room, as soon as the 30 minutes was up in the party room, they wanted to leave immediately the poor children were still eating, the party host just sat there looking so uninterested, the person in charge of today was so rude the looks that he gave us was not nice at all, such a bad experience, I will be calling the head office on Monday to make a complaint , we paid a lot of money for the party and should not be treated the way we was treated

Been to both Farnborough and Bracknell one. Both were easy to find and staff were chill. There is a challenge a staff to a game and if you win, you can get free tickets.

New machines are added every now and then so keep things fun. 9/10 would go again.
