Absolutely amazing, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently ordered 2 new Michelin PS4s for my Golf GTI through Black Circles which included fitting at my local HIQ in Truro. Recieved a reminder text, staff were super helpful. I asked them to also switch my wheels front to back as I find this evens the tyre wear out and they did this for no extra charge. Very happy, will be using them again for my fiances tyres next month.

Rims damaged during tyre fitment, but of course all denied and blamed on historic fitment, even though tyres had never been changed before!

Tyres purchased through Blackcircles, they too disregarded claim based on conversation with fitting centre staff who had already denied all responsibility.

Absolute disgrace, I am now left with a c£200 wheel refurbished bill due to the incompetence of the fitter who failed to protect my rims when removing or replacing my tyres! If you are foolish enough to trust this outfit with your vehicle make sure you take lots of time/date stamped pictures when dropping it off and check for damage before you leave, as they will deny everything and you will be left to pick up the bill!

Avoid like the plague, no integrity and don’t even bother to call you back when you complain!

I’ve busted these guys twice for my MOT and they always ring me uk to explain everything and are super helpful with my little to no car knowledge to ensure I understand what work they are going to do. They also allowed me to ask for additional work that I needed done as my boot needed new hydraulic things and they helped and fixed them for me within 48hours!

Arrived first thing in the morning without an appointment and was fitted in straight away! Considering they got very busy within minutes, there was barely any parking left, green flag for me. Communication is excellent. Two front tyres needed to be changed immediately and they have done it for me for a very reasonable price too! Thank you!

The service was quick and cheap and most importantly it was honest and trustworthy would definitley recommend.

Had great service from this company today. Called up with a punctured tyre and they fitted me in straight away. Unfortunately the tyre couldn't be repaired, but they replaced it quickly and efficiently for me. I was pleased that they showed me the old tyre when I picked the car up so I could see where the problem had been. The gentleman I dealt with was very friendly and happy to explain things to me. I left very pleased. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Great customer service! Went in just before they closed to check my tyres before a long journey worried I had a slow puncture. Even so close to the end of the day they went above and beyond and took the time to check all my tyres.

Even took off the front tyre to double check as it seemed to be running down on air faster than the others. After a thorough once over I was good to go and they didn’t even charge me for the time.

Really pleased with the service and will 100% be going back.
