Good service
It was nearly closing time, I asked where to find a CD the assistant stopped what he was doing, looked for me,then looked up for stock, ordered it, quick pleasant and not a problem. The CD arrived early too and even with the postage still cheaper than on line.

Great, just have a few problems
Took longer than expected to post and deliver, could track it because the email link would not work but other than that it was great I love my viynl.

Splendidly knowledgable people who give help immediately. Everything any customer could want in the customer care on offer in a consumer outlet of the highest quality. The entire team must have been recruited for the quality of their people skills and thentrained very carefully about the entire range of their products: a leadership Masterclass. it's pleasure to visit them.

Assistant was too over bearing…
Assistant was too over bearing ‘pushy’…I felt uncomfortable…instead of continuing my browsing and potential purchases I left feeling uncomfortable not a pleasant experience…..I wasn’t informed when my order came in stock…..but I got the cd that I wanted…..despite the fact that they were playing it originally…but didn’t have any to purchase at that time xxxx no not a pleasant experience or after service xxx

Last 2 days I walked into the store a…
Last 2 days I walked into the store a total of 7 times .I was always served by a person called Ryan.He was one of the reasons why i keep coming back.So friendly and helpful and made me feel like my passion for anime is being appreciated x .He went above and beyond for me to find every single figure available from one piece and even tho I dont like being broke it was sure a lovely experience 😂.Ryan sorry if u are sick of interacting with me and if im a pain 😂😂😂 Ill see you on Tuesday after payday 😂😂😂😂.Please dont let me buy more 😂. This guy is what I think of when I think of excellent customer service!Give that man a reward 🥳🥳🥳🥳. I was served at hmv junction 32 castleford branch.

Great experience at Castleford
When I ordered my purchase. The sales assistant was knowledgeable and had a great understanding of what I wanted. He was friendly and helpful. HMV is a great brand for CDs & DVDs.
