Had to order in-store a game for my son as he had gift cards to use. Simple process in store, friendly staff and received the game in 2 days at home.

The bloke who served me was very helpful but somehow the wrong size was ordered which is very annoying I like to use local shops instead of online although Amazon was £5 cheaper but when HMV can’t get it right I’ve resorted to online shopping again unfortunately
