I can't quite believe that you sold out…
I can't quite believe that you sold out of a CD by a top selling artist and were never going to get new stock. I found it strange and frustrating that I had to order the said CD by post....!!!!

Beth in Taunton Store was excellent.
Beth in Taunton Store was excellent.. she went out of her way to rig up some speakers so we could hear the sound through them. She was very knowledgeable about what we wanted to buy. She is a credit to the Taunton Store .. if you had employee of the month She should receive it.

Great service
Member of staff was great, searched in an attempt to find the product, ordered through system when it was identified as being oos, advised on timings on when it would be delivered to store. Excellent service.
