I moved address
I moved address. Ordered.
And my dvds sent to old address.
Although I did not get them in time for my birthday. I thought I'd not only lose the 3 dvds but also the money.
Delighted it all turned out well in the end.
Worried about ordering in yhe future as I cannot update my new address in my HMV account so it seems that's the end of my purchases with HMV and is why I give ☆☆☆ stars.
😞 I cannot update my new address in my account like every other account I have, whether bank account or energy and internet.
Bizzare HMV does not allow this.

I purchase 2 DVDs regarding the insidious series. Having watched three of them for free on Tubi I was interested to see the remaining two. It was just as cheap to purchase DVDs as to buy a digital version. Made the order through HMV to be delivered to my local store. Easy to order and arrived well within time. The disks were delivered to my local…
The disks were delivered to my local HMV. I had to produce my driving licence to prove who I was. But, the whole process went very smoothly.
The staff have a lot of Anime knowledge and were quick to suggest other possible purchases
