Let down for a second time.
Let down for a second time.
Last November we preorderd a vinyl album and paid in full.
Just told today Jan 17th that hmv could not fulfill the order.
I could have obtained the title back last November but put my trust in hmv.
Only got a limp apology from a staff member who did not care.
Not good enough hmv, will not use you again, and I quite often spent £100+ a month.

Speedy and efficient service
I ordered 2 CD which were ordered from and delivered to the store in yeovil for collection. The whole process was very efficiently carried out by Rachel at the store.

Great experience from stat to finish.
From ordering in store to receiving my order it was a great experience. Mark at the Yeovil store was a lovely man and great to talk to he explained everything about the delivery etc and it arrived on time.
