I have found Hobgoblin are very helpful and friendly when I ordered the wrong item by mistake and needed a replacement.

Had just what I wanted and delivered it on time

I wanted a new Classical Guitar. After researching, I made my choice and ordered it from Hobgoblin. I was worried it might be damaged in transit. I needn't have worried. It was robustly packed and turned up in perfect condition.

Tip: if you are ordering a new guitar, order some new strings at the same time. You have no idea how long the guitar has been in stock.

I received excellent service from Hobgoblin Music. My order for a Pub Prob arrived just a couple of days after I'd placed it. Thanks

Good quality at a reasonable price for an Octave Mandolin case and it was delivered quickly. Thanks

quality product, friendly and helpful staff.

I have been a Hobgoblin customer for over 40 years - and keep coming back! This small item (a footrest) was ordered online (I usually visit the shop to chat to the knowledgeable & helpful staff) and it arrived via Royal Mail sooner than expected. Good solid piece of kit at a good-value price. A happy customer…

Great range of instruments and accessory, great communication and quick dispatch

Easy to order. The delivery was very quick. Item was well packaged and in great condition.

I purchased my first guitar (2nd hand from FB) at 53. It was missing a battery holder for the built in tuner. I reached out to Hobgoblin Music to help find a replacement. Not only did they find a replacement for me, they kept me up to date with great communication and quality posted to me once they got one. They went above and beyond. I’m very grateful for their service and help. Thanks ☺️

My order arrived within 24 hours of placing it. Amazing!

I managed to fine a hard to find harmonica mic that was in stock and at a seasonable price, ordered it on line which was easy and in came quickly so I was very happy.

I always get helpful advice at Hobgoblin. They know their stuff and are patient with me trying instruments I have never played before. Great people.

Easy buying experience-quick receipt

Paul at Hobgoblin London is the best. He has great advice and tips on learning, is so gentle and encouraging.

I phoned Hobgoblin prior to purchasing the harp strings and got through straight away to a very helpful and courteous person. Although I only had to replace one broken string, I bought a complete set and the replacement string fitted perfectly. The strings arrived promptly and are really good value for money.

Goods were well packed and arrived quickly
