Hobgoblin Music Reviews

Drumstick arrived promptly.

Nice music instruments, top quality. Items correctly packed for international shipping.

High quality instrument and fast delivery! We are always grateful to Hobgoblin for supporting our youth homelessness cause.

Very quick delivery. Next day it showed up at my door much faster than expected

My Cordoba Mini Guitar arrived really quickly and was very well packaged. I’m delighted with it; the action is good and the tone is excellent for an instrument of its size. Above all, it’s absolutely perfect for travel and is now enjoying its holiday in the Bavarian Alps where it has been much admired! 😃

It’s great to know there’s still companies out there to help with the small item enquiries. They recommended choice of parts and delivered it extremely quickly. Thank you.
My philosophy is such that if a company take time to help with the low value items I know they will be trustworthy when it comes to the big stuff. I highly recommend Hobgoblin music

Package arrived in good order and quickly. Thank you.

Online purchases have changed life enormously usually for the better, but one frustration is the absence of human contact if there's a problem. With Hobgoblin Music not only are there real people at the other end of the email but they care about and know about music and musical instruments. Good to know and most encouraging.

Great, prompt service - thank you!

Spoke to a person at the London branch regarding new strings for one of my instruments. Everyone I speak to at the shop is always extremely helpful

I've bought stuff from Hobgoblin Music a few times, both online and from the Southampton shop and they've always been good.
I had a problem with a new Blues Harp I bought online where one of the notes wasn't working. Unusual in itself but these things happen I guess. One phone call and they sorted out a replacement in record time so that I would have it delivered to me on the Isle of Wight the day before an important gig.
They were really helpful from start to finish. Excellent service!

I ordered a whistle from Mexico and the team was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process. Since your website doesn't calculate international shipping to my country, they assisted me manually with payment and shipping. They answered all my emails kindly and quickly. My whistle arrived safely and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

I love my new Cordoba C5. It sounds and plays beautifully. A real bargain and can only get better with age. As for the service from Hobgoblin, also excellent. Arrived well packaged and on time. Highly recommend both.

My order of a bodhran replacement goatskin arrived in very quick time. Excellent quality and packaged with care.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Great product, I’ll be using Hobgoblin music again

The customs charges were not sufficiently highlighted

Very happy! Contacted them directly to check if an item was in stock and how long it would take. Got a helpful reply very quickly. Ordered and the item arrived the next day. Seemed great quality and the person it was gifted to loves it. Great service and great product! Thank you for your help.

Hobgoblin are a great supplier of traditional instruments.

Really nice item, fast delivery, couldn't ask for more.
