Ordered prior to Christmas, not a stock item but despatched & arrived straight after NY

Eh, I had to exchange for a larger size and that meant I had to pay for shipping. Companies that send labels so that the customer doesn't have to pay for shipping and/or seek out a place where the package can be weighed, etc. offer a better customer experience. Also, a company that pays for that stuff will likely do a better job of ensuring the customer gets the right product in the first place since it impacts their bottom line. Just my two cents. If it weren't for the pandemic, I wouldn't have ordered online but here we are. So, yea, this place is fine but I'm not like "wow that experience was so good, I'll definitely come back to them next time I need hockey gear!" I'm more like "eh, if they have what I need at a good price and I am fairly certain the size is correct, I guess I'll order from them."

Very happy with the service. I contacted customer service to confirm they would send the specific stick type I wanted. They were very helpful and shipped promptly.

Hockey stick delivered in good time and in perfect condition. I had to email with a query about payment and I received a response the same day. Overall, very happy with the service and would use again.

Excellent service and very speedy delivery. Realised I had forgotten to order my niece’s Christmas present so ordered on 23 December and it arrived on 24 December. Brilliant!

One item not in stock but told about it.

Not a lot to say really. I ordered a few bits based on the low price of the ASICS hockey boots. Easy to order, competitively priced, and arrived within the expected delivery window.

Would order again based on the ease of the whole process.

Excellent service. I needed advice to choose a stick for my grandson and was able to select both stick, ball and mouth guard. More than that I ordered the items 3 days before Christmas and instead of the expected delivery in January we received the parcel the next morning.

Dreadful service - avoid
I ordered a hockey stick for my son in November hoping for Christmas delivery (advertised 3-5 day delivery). All paid but no hockey stick by Dec 21st.
No response to emails. Phone line - automated response to say nobody available to answer any calls despite ringing between 10 and 2 as per website
Eventually had email then phone response (nearly 4 weeks post order) - unable to complete the order till next year. No attempts to remedy the issue. Fairly insincere call handler

Contacted Cricket-hockey.com - order accepted, guaranteed next day delivery and same price. I called to confirm and spoke to a really friendly call handler.

I would definitely avoid hockeyfactoryshop.com - unreliable, poor contact

I would mark the company -5! I have ordered a hockey stick for my son (£80+) for his b'day present - nothing arrived. Don't buy from them, I don't know how it's possible for them to have over 4 stars on Trustpilot!!!

Hockey Factory Shop have one of the best customer services teams I have encountered. When my item was not in stock, they promptly offered an alternative. There was no delay in the delivery of the hockey stick. Then, a minor issue was raised post delivery, which was dealt with promptly by the customer services team. Will certainly be purchasing from Hockey Factory Shop again. Also, they stock an excellent range of products and at very competitive prices.

It would have been 5 stars but Hermes messed up on your delivery. Great Stick 🏑

Not often you can praise a company for Customer Service, but Hockey Factory Shop is one of those.

Had two recent purchases, one of which where we were offered a very generous swap for an out of stock item. Very happy both times.

Ordered two products and paid for delivery. I wanted to exchange one of the items for a different size but i was told I had to return the unwanted item and pay to do this and then reorder in the size I wanted and again pay for delivery! Most companies offer free returns or exchanges now so was very disappointed that they wouldn’t! Ordered the size I want from somewhere else now because of this!

Been waiting 23 days for my order of 4 items, when we called the centre the man was rude and very unfriendly. Definitely never ordering from again, this isn’t uncommon. My Mum has the exact same problem 2 months ago where the centre lied and blamed the delivery company saying they ‘lost the package’, but just hadn’t sent it yet. The man was rude on the phone to her, too.
