SCAM Site
1/5 – SERIOUS WARNING – PLEASE INVESTIGATE BEFORE PAYING
I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution with this website.
After researching Hoffmann Architektur (hoffmannarchitektur.live), I found a number of serious red flags that I believe deserve investigation:
• I could not identify a clearly stated legal company entity, German company registration number, registered office or responsible managing director on the website.
• The site primarily provides a generic Gmail address — fabrikhoffmann at gmail.com — and also promotes a Telegram contact, rather than providing transparent corporate contact details.
• The website repeatedly claims to operate a “Berlin Factory” and to be a direct manufacturer, but I could not independently verify the legal entity behind that claimed factory.
• The website makes very significant claims, including 1,800+ homes delivered since 2014, yet independent information about the business is extremely difficult to establish.
• There are inconsistent claims across the website, including different customer numbers, delivery prices, delivery territories and guarantees.
• The site claims 4.9/5 on Trustpilot and Google and displays 9.9/10 from 22 customer reviews, but I was unable to independently verify those claimed Trustpilot reviews during my research.
• The website claims extraordinarily rapid delivery/construction times, including turnkey homes in approximately 8 days, which raises obvious questions about the underlying construction, planning, approvals and contractual arrangements.
• ScamAdviser currently gives the domain a Trust Score of 0 and reports that the domain has been classified as suspicious by IPQS and reported for phishing. This does not by itself prove fraud, but it is a very serious warning sign.
• The site’s WHOIS information is hidden.
• The website’s online history also appears inconsistent with some of its claims. The domain was listed on MadeWithLovable in May 2026, despite the website claiming that more than 1,800 homes have been delivered since 2014.
I am not stating that these findings alone prove fraud. However, taken together, I believe they raise serious questions about the identity, legitimacy and transparency of the business.
Before sending this company any money, I strongly recommend independently verifying the company’s legal registration, VAT number, physical factory, directors, bank account ownership, construction licences/certifications and genuine customer references.
I would also ask Trustpilot to verify whether the reviews and company profile associated with this business are genuine.
