I purchased the Olsen mirror a few years ago but the lights unfortunately stopped working. I contacted Adam who sent me out a new cable but this unfortunately didn't resolve the issue. The mirror was long out of warranty but Adam organised a replacement for me with a hefty goodwill discount applied. His communication was excellent and I will definitely buy off the site again and be recommending to friends.

My Hollywood mirror has totally transformed my make up routine every day. The crystal pro 360 mirror has so many features that makes getting ready so easy. My favourite feature is the different light settings because it suits any time of day and mood I’m in. The high quality and durability of this mirror also makes it a great gift for any occasion. The mirror I purchased for my daughters birthday arrived in pieces when I contact them Adam clearly didn’t give a damn and just said he’d arrange another to be sent. No collection of the broken mirror, no discount for me having to go out of my way to take it to the tip, when I said this was costing me more he said get a scrap man. Awful service I’d advise not to order from them.
You say your delivery driver won’t take broken glass but you told me to leave it out in the street for the scrap man that I don’t have! Also I didn’t want or need a travel mirror

Excellent service. I absolutely love this mirror. It’s exactly as described. The light is nice and bright and it stands up really well and folds into a nice flat compact, portable size.

My light up make up portable mirror is lovely, but I’m a little disappointed that it’s the charge, the light doesn’t stay on for more than 15 minutes even after fully charged.

Ordered The Houston Audio mirror Arrived in 2 days as stated. Nice large box, very well packaged, no damage at all Very easy to assemble Looks amazing Speakers sound ok , better then expected to be honest and the plug on the side in a work of genius. No more trailing wires to trip over etc . My Daugher loves it. Cant recommend it enough

I ordered the Olsen Mirror and love it. The mirror is fantastic quality, and looks great on my dressing table. I love the adjustable tri-colour bulbs, giving me the option to choose the light which works best in my room. And the 360 rotation is very handy when styling my hair.

Hollywood Mirrors were fantastic to order from. Delivery was quick, and the set-up of the mirror was very simple. When the mirror arrived I was pleased with how sturdy it was, and by how premium it is as a product. I will definitely order from them again. And recommend if you are looking for a Hollywood Mirror.

Mirror and lights are good quality, very sturdy and the lights are very bright. You can also select different light settings for different times of the day. Ordered a mirror for my girlfriend and she loves it. The quality is amazing! Service and delivery from them was 10/10. Will recommend to anyone else wanting a similar mirror!

Had a recess for the mirror to go in to , so ordered a mirror going by the sizes they have on their website, when the mirror arrived unpacked and left for the carpenter to fit to wall. The mirror would not fit due to the large knob on the side , there was no mention of this on there website and it wasn’t included in any description. The mirror won’t go in , and they refused to return as I didn’t have the original box it was posted in. What a joke. I didn’t buy the box , never heard of any other company refusing to refund an item due their error because the outer packaging is different!

Ordered 13th December and despite having next day delivery this still hasn’t arrived.
Initially contacted company who blamed delivery company and assured it would be sorted. Mirror still hasn’t arrived and recent email stated that item had been delivered. I haven’t received the mirror or refund as requested. Thoroughly disappointed with this poor service.
