Homebase - Birmingham Sutton Coldfield Reviews 

It was easy to. But on collection there was only I person on customer service desk. She was trying to sort out another person order then the printer played up then the lady behind me started to complain but the employee was gracefully and polite al the way through. She apologised for keep us waiting. Well done homebase love shopping here.

I went on Sunday morning just before the store opened for purchases, but should have been open for browsing and click and collect however the doors were closed. I mentioned this to a staff member who was in the car park, and she let me in and also immediately assisted me with my click and collect order. She also very kindly carried it to my car and even put it inside for me so all in all a very lovely visit and a wonderful staff member :)

Staff, especially LIZ was very helpful and informative, she went above and beyond and was also very polite. Very happy with our experience and purchase, we will definitely shop here again. Highly recommend

The staff really do make Homebase in New Oscott Sutton Coldfield. Always very helpful and polite, never shy of going beyond expectations. Despite having a health issue which is not easily identifiable, I really do feel comfortable and part of the service experience in a very positive manner.

My order was wrong and no telephone call was received despite the store indicating that I should have been contacted. My order was two cans of emulsion (there were 5 indicated in store when my order was placed) but when trying to collect I was given one larger can which was not acceptable so I refused it. Only 1 can was in store which I took away on the condition that another to complete my order would be obtained/delivered from a different store.
I am still awaiting my complete order.

Lady assistant at the desk when we went to collect items was fabulous. Everything was ready for us.
Another lady gave us some blue paper towel without us asking as the bags of compost were a little wet from outside.

Ridiculous couldn’t locate or get to my order following day still couldn’t get to it just unorganised no one could help me really so I cancelled it

The staff were friendly and the lady who helped me with choosing the correct paint for the job. Her product knowledge was outstanding. She recommended the correct paint brushes to give me the best results for the finish I wanted. I went with her recommendations. An excellent shopping experience and would recommend shopping here to anyone.

I purchased a powerbase petrol lawnmower it looks a very well made item and i am looking forward to using it in the near future

My experience at homebase was awesome and very professional

Just wish you had more accessories regarding Stanley tools in Sutton Coldfield because sometimes I have to travel to Cannock to get the item I require,
And wish that they could offer discounts for regular purchase because I am the site manager for three schools, and we need to order more in the near future

I did a click and collect order. The items marked available were ready right on time for my collection.
However, two items were marked as unavailable. I found them both on the shelves in the store so bought them myself.

We were treated so lovely by Jennie Ford at Homebase New Oscott!!! She helped us choose our bathroom and is so very talented and has some amazing ideas!!!
She even spoke to me on her day off!!!!
100% recommend getting her to help you for your exciting purchase!!!!!
