The service at the store was excellent. The bags were v heavy for me to put in my car boot, so the young man v neatly put them in the boot of my car!!

Homebase Bredbury Stockport,Garden center, I have enjoyed my recent visits to our local Homebase, the staff who look after this department are very knowledgeable in horticulture & genuinely interested in the plants they tender, every time I visit bring home a different variety of plant, looking forward to next year when everything has settled down & flourishing.I think the young lady is called Amy who I have been conversing with manly

Placed a click and collect order. Just got home and realised one of the items is incorrect (and is £6 cheaper than what I ordered) so I will have to go back to the store tomorrow to sort this out which is really inconvenient and annoying - they should be able to prepare an order accurately! Updated my previous 2 star review after returning to store. They immediately replaced the item with the correct order and refunded the cost in recognition of the inconvenience caused by having to return. Staff were very apologetic and resolved this issue really well. Couldn’t have been handled better, thank you!

Your staff were excellent. We were served by Aimee and a Gentleman whose name i did not take, as well as Najma at the checkout.
Aimee is a very personable and pleasant young lady who could not do more to help us.

I ordered an item click and collect and was notified when it was ready by text. Fine...however when I went to the click and collect counter there was nobody there..I pushed a button to call someone....twice...eventually after a 5 min wait a girl hurried in from outside the store clutching a pack of cigarettes...obviously from a smoke break. I don't begrudge this but the store should have a cover system for people on breaks....too simple??

I last visited Homebase in Bredbury,about 8 years ago. The shop was dismal, and I got the impression that it was a store about to close down. Recently, I needed a small amount of turf, and Homebase was the only local store selling single rolls. What a surprise, the store was bright, modern and colourful with a good range of products. The staff were helpful and friendly and made my visit a happy experience. Home base will now be my "goto" store.

Sales person Jess was brilliant - she went the extra mile to find me a black 'Tuff Tub'. I ended up buying a black one and a pink one thanks to Jess's customer service. Jess is such an asset to your store - people like Jess make me want to return and spend more money with you. PS: I did not know Jess before today!

We went to Homebase in Bredbury Stockport and had a look but they didn’t have what we were looking for but saw other wallpaper which they didn’t have in stock so we ordered online and I’m very happy with my purchase, lovely wallpapers just what I wanted

You forgot to text me when my "click and collect" was ready and you didn't answer your phone when I tried to check several times. Also you supplied a slightly damaged pot without saying. Not a deal breaker because it was on offer (old stock?).
