Ryan was brilliant, helping me to my car with heavy bags of compost. Friendly, yet professional.

When we went to view the kitchens we were given very good help and advise, after we had ordered it if there were any problems they were resolved straight away. We would recommend homebase to our family and friends.

Just had paint mixing service at Kingsway Store, Ryan was really helpful and talked me through the whole process. Very happy.

I couldn't see if store had a selection of really useful boxes.
Ryan pointed me in the right direction and also swaped my trolley for a larger one.
When at the till Omhera was also helpful and stacked boxes inside each other to assist.
Normally get this kind of service when at John Lewis.
They made my shopping for storage boxes so much easier.

Visited the Kingsway store on Saturday. The one paint colour I needed wasn’t on the shelf . Luckily two very helpful members of the Homebase team searched high and low ( literally up a ladder ) and found a tin . Shaney and Chris great service thank you . I’ve been a customer of Homebase for years and that’s why I’ll keep coming back

I do wish that Homebase would ensure their stock levels are accurately recorded and shown when placing click & collect orders. When I order 3 tins of paint I really would like to pick up 3 tins so I can start & finish my decorating project. Only having 2 tins means I cannot finish my project this weekend and have to wait 3-4 days to get the final tin. It's not the 1st time this has happened- it happens far too often!

Made 2 Visits to Homebase at Kingsway in Derby to buy 32 bags of Plum Slate. 2 visits due to the weight. Was helped on both occasion by excellent staff members. They helped load the bags onto 2 trolleys, push one of them to the checkout. There even loaded them into the car. There was even a 4 for 3 offer on the bags. Very happy with the service.

Ryan at the Kingsway (Derby) store was hugely helpful today with my multiple queries re loft insulation, ladders and boarding. Thank you so much for your help Ryan - really appreciated.

Quick and easy!

Making the order on line was quick and easy. When I arrived in the shop to collect, the member of staff who saw me, was friendly, courteous, efficient and with a smile. My goods were ready and waiting and in good condition. Thank you.

Really good service from Lewis and Josh

We had a dispute over the price of a Hozelock Euro Reel which was clearly advertised at £48. We were charged £60 and queried the price paid. I took a photograph of the product on display and the sign showing the price. The person who checked the price ripped of the sign declaring that it was incorrect. We were give the item for £48.

The staff were super busy but dealt with customers calmly, without fuss. There was a problem with a click and collect item but it was replaced quickly.
