My order was ready to collect and delivered to my car by a man called Stephen. He was friendly and interested in my project. He helped me load the car and offered advice in completing my task.

Went to Homebase today to purchase kiln dried sand but couldn’t find.asked at the counter and was told it was in stock. An assistant called Josh said it had just been delivered but not unpacked he took my trolley and fetched me two bags .Decided to have another two.He went and fetched them and pushed the trolley to the checkout and then out to the car where he loaded into the boot. Very helpful lad.Nice to have someone willing to go the extra mile for a customer.Doesn’t happen often enough.well done.really appreciated

I was offered help by a lovely gentleman who was very clear with the different choices of gloss, and the cashier Vanessa was lovely and friendly.

Josh was really helpful, helped me find the turf and very kindly put it in the car for me.

It was easy to click and collect in store and then to have two lovely young men take it and put it into my car.

The staff are nice but the product is not my expectations! The picture of the product online shows the difference between the real priduct.

Ryan at Kingsway Derby was very helpful. Ryan made sure we had the right paint for the job and provided advice for preparing and priming. Ryan was also very quick to get the right colour mixed up in the paint we need. All in all a very good visit, staff were all very helpful and the store laid out very well.

Collected my click and collect order of 9 large bags of compost. Josh brought them out to my car on a pallet and loaded them sensibly and carefully into my car. Thank you Josh for taking such care.
