What great service. I ordered online for click and collect, then I received a call informing me that the stock would need to be delivered to them from another store. I was informed that I would receive a call as soon as the goods were there.
Next morning before 9am I had the call letting me know that the goods were ready for collection.
When I got to the store the team member said how nice it was to put a face to a name

BlueLightCard discount could only be used to click and collect so had to go outside the store and order as no internet inside and wait then go back inside to collect to receive discount - what a performance as we wanted see mower size and weight before buying. One helpful assistant and one not so helpful to start with.

No fuss DIY. Great range of most things - the only niggle being power tools. Great prices - we've just bought 60 Sqm of laminate flooring and floor tiles. Great prices - lovely quality.

I placed an online order tonight which was available for collection tomorrow. I really wanted my purchase tonight and so I contacted a lovely lady in store by phone who was really great, absolutely no trouble at all in preparing my order tonight which really helped me out! What's more, upon collection of several very large storage tubs, a gentleman of an employee was incredibly helpful, assisting me to my car in the rain and helping me to load them all in. He was personable and this level of service was truly refreshing so thank you! It's service like this that keeps customers like me coming back, both employees are an absolute credit to the store! 5*****

I would like to commend Rob from the Eastbrook Road Gloucester branch. I've been into the store twice this week, for a light fitting for an elderly neighbour and 10ltrs of specially mixed paint.
On both occasions Rob served and helped me with much needed advice along with a lovely smile. Without me even asking, he offered to take my heavy paint to the car for me.
I cant speak for any other branch, but everyone here goes out of their way to be helpful. I love using the store. I know they will help me if I'm stuck and the atmosphere is always jolly. They all seem to work well and happily together, making it a pleasurable experience as you walk around. Eleventy two out of 10 for Rob and his lovely team at my local branch. Thank you all very much

From the moment we opened our front door to Karen, she made us feel at ease. She was freindly,professional, and nothing was too much trouble. Together, we put down a design that was just what wanted, and we were over the moon when we saw the images. Karen was very patient, even when we were unsure about a somthing, or changed our minds on certain things. We felt we were with safe hands with Karen, and she certainly knew her stuff. Thank you Karen, for making this experience enjoyable and stress free. We will definatly be recommending you to freinds and family.

Great and quick reservation. Good service and the product was there waiting ready. My only criticism is that it would be much easier if items could be reserved and collected in another store. I love in Worcester and had to travel for these but would have been even better if I could have collected them from there. Otherwise great! Thank you ☺️

Karen was absolutely amazing in every possible way. Such a lovely, kind and helpful woman, who not only made purchasing and designing our bathroom effortless, but in fact fun! Haven’t had such good customer service in a very long time. I couldn’t recommend Karen more to anyone in need of a bathroom or kitchen. I will definitely be going to Karen again for any advice. Karen and a colleague Hellen provided a very professional, friendly and informative service from start to finish.
Furthermore a personal in site visit was made by Karen during the kitchen installation as well as post completion.

Great friendly staff both kept waiting when we required a paint match

could not find what we wanted but it said in app 11 in stock. ROB went into the warehouse couldn’t find them, went back to the stock machine to find they’d be moved to the electrical. He found one for us and sensibly. Bought out four more for the shelf and made two shoppers. Very happy. We’ve already tried for other shops that don’t stock it where you can only order. Well done homebase
