The store is a joy to visit.
The spaciousness of the store and the stock variation is excellent.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff makes it very attractive to use. Your assistant Susan who showed me where the items I was looking for were situated, then served me!
The prices are very competitive.

I experienced outstanding customer service from two members of staff Leanne and Steph. I was looking for 10 storage boxes but there were none on the shop floor. They located 6 boxes from the store room and tracked down more from Bishop Stortford and arranged them to be collected from there by the store manager and brought to Harlow store. The ladies were lovely, very helpful and this is the best customer service I have received in a long time. I’m very impressed.

Lisa was amazing today. I overlooked a specific paint that I needed and she went out of her way to identify the paint I needed. Thanks so much!

All the staff are so friendly and helpful especially Diane.

Easy to find what we needed, good choice. Prices very clear. Served by Susan who was very friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Diane, who served me at the till was very friendly and polite.
She checked if I had found everything I needed.

Misleading pricing labeling.
Products had price on. And a big sign saying 20% off.
The sign implies original price and you get 20% off. Once at the till we found this was an already discounted price. There was no sign of the real original price or no indication that this price was already reduced. (Red letters or a reduced wording)
We feel this was intentionally misleading and sure you should have some legal obligation to show original price of a discounted product.
