Homebase - Hull Reviews 

After unwrapping, I found two pieces were broken,I ended up having to return it to Homebase and collecting another one myself,although I paid for delivery of the first one.

We were given outstanding service by Jacquie at the store in Hull. She went above an beyond to help me and my daughter. She gave us great suggestions, was friendly and we quickly got everything we needed.

We wanted to buy paint and Alex helped us find what we wanted and mixed another colour for us. He explained all of the offers. We settled on Heritage and Alex told us hoe it covers. We bought Harris brush and roller because of his recommendation. Excellent service
We will be back when we do our next project because we asked about panneling inside and he explained the product very well. We won't go anywhere else now.

Sarah was very kind, she also was brilliant at letting us swap the paint we got earlier due to getting the wrong shade which we realised when we got home as we sore the shade name was different

Went to home base with glue gun I couldn't get working ,Alex who works there sorted it all out for me excellent customer service five star will shop there again !Martin.

Ordering was easy and very shortly afterwards I received a text message telling me it was ready to collect. When I arrived in store to collect goods was asked for the last 4 digits of order number and the goods quickly arrived . Asked to produce some id. and then on my way. Staff were cheerful. An easy/simple transaction with no hassle

No wait at the collection point, assistant was friendly and efficient. Whole thing completed and loaded into my car in ten minutes.

Wasn't really looking for anything particular, but found veg seeds in discount basket 50 a piece. Thats a bargain

I picked up some shelving in the hull store. I had my two year old with me and she very kindly got me a trolley and helped me to my car and even lifted the shelves in for me. Sorry I never got her name.

Ordered trendi switches from Homebase and was advised delivery would be 18th December. Did not arrive so chased and was lied to by Trendi direct that delivery would be before Xmas. Finally arrived January 4th.
