Great friendly staff quick service from Evelyn

Polite helpful staff , placed the goods on the trolley, without being asked. Offered to help me to the car . Young man on the till made me feel nothing was too much trouble . What a breath of fresh air .

Homebase unable to source the 1 part that was needed
The suggestion was that I keep the order & source it myself & take £20 compensation or
Replace the order, which meant I did not have the order intact for when I required it, & had to take it apart , pack it up.Then reassemble in the hope that the order this time had the 1 missing part
Poor service , poor customer relations

Evelyn on the till was very happy, polite and helpful.

Incredibly rude and obnoxious woman on till. Accused me of queue jumping then proceeded to slag me off to customer behind me as i paid and left store, obviously though i was out of earshot.
Appalling service considering the store was practically empty.
Manners cost nothing!
Have used this store many times in past and staff are usually really pleasant.

I’ve recently bought some tiles and equipment to affix them, all from Homebase. Click and collect was convenient and quick and the products were great quality.

Shop assistant Evelyn was very helpful and friendly. Very pleased with the service .

I Ordered online at 11.54. I got a text at 12.06 to say the order was ready and collected it at 12.45. The whole transaction completed within 1 hour. Great service.

Visited my local Homebase store today nice tidy store.
All staff were friendly and helpful especially Tracy and Vanessa who were very good .
Vanessa gave advice on compost and plants .

Great service (again) provided by Keely. I visited the store to look for some garden furniture for my elderly Father. She helped me (and pointed out the sale items too), when I returned some time later with my Father she was equally as helpful and patient with him and even took time after delivery to make sure he was happy and comfortable with his purchase. It's a pleasure to see her in store and she is always helpful.
