Purchased 3 door keys but when we got home the machine had cut them wrong so didn’t fit but on calling the store the Manager (Carol) couldn’t be more helpful she instantly cut new keys which did fit... Toon meer
We needed to replace discontinued faulty ceiling fan unit with a similar product. Not every member of staff we asked knew where it might be found but SUE B gave us very clear and correct directions... Toon meer

Homebase Sleaford
Homebase Sleaford, the Manager and Bryan were extremely helpful when we recently asked if they had any spare boxes for moving house. On two occasions when we needed some boxes, Homebase at Sleaford have gone over and beyond to help us with the boxes being ready to collect after we had arranged this with them! Good old ‘customer service’ at its best! Thank you to Bryan in particular.

Just a note to say thank you to the staff at both the Sleaford and Newark stores. I wanted to buy some pvc covered gardening wire and they searched well beyond the call of duty to no avail. I ended up taking advantage of your 20% discount on storage boxes...very expensive garden wire visit, but a pleasure to meet so many friendly and helpful people! Many thanks , Peter

How difficult is it to fulfil an order of 4 bags of compost?
I ordered 3 of one variety and 1 of another.
On arrival to collect - there are 2 of one and 1 of the other.

The box was delivered on time
The box was delivered on time. However for toilet seats in boxes I thought the extra paper they were wrapped in was excessive and unnecessary.
The products themselves at first glance seemed good value for money, just what I requested.

Purchased some storage boxes online. Great prices but only online. Different prices shown in the shop which adds to the confusion.
