Homebase - Sleaford Reviews 

Needed to return something for exchange. I was served by Lisa who was so helpful, happy and polite. She helped by looking up my receipt from the previous day. Customer service is rarely what it used to be. Thank you Lisa for showing me it is still out there.

Just wanted to say how polite the young lady Evie was at the customer help desk when I visited the store today . She was so helpful and very cheerful . She went out of her way to make sure I didn’t need any help putting my very large parcel in the car as it was heavy .

Each time I've been to the store I've been lucky enough to be served by Sandra. Both times, she's been outstanding - very kind and helpful to a fault. I'll be back.

Ordering to collection of item was straight forward. Staff in store were extremely polite and processed everything quickly

Speedy was a very helpful person, very kind and patient with me sorting out the colours of paint i wanted mixing and a great personality as well as professional. Nothing too much trouble. I will be happy for Speedy to assist me next week for just one or two more tins as the tins of paint ran out i required.

Always had a great experience at Homebase in Sleaford. This time we went to have paint mixed and was served by Carol who was really courteous and quick.

Staff Member Sarah from the Sleaford Branch is most helpful it’s the second time Sarah has helped us firstly with finding Paint where she went into the stock room which was no trouble to her and secondly she greeted us at the door and explained the store offers and then came to us to help and discuss a new kitchen. Sarah is a great asset to this store. It’s not often I review but I feel she well deserves a mention.
