Danny and Rocky fitted my 2 large windows today. They were amazing very professional,hard working, very pleasant to deal with and very helpful.
They left the place clean and tidy too. Two really nice guys.
The pervious day another team fitted 4 other windows and they were great too, very professional, hard working, very helpful and cleaned up after they were finished.
I have had a very good experience with company.

Have just had 2 large windows replaced. Ross coukd not gave vwen more helpful or clear in his explanations. He took his time. Ross did not sell me windows - i bought windows from him. There is a difference. I did not, at any time feel under pressure. His sales skills are excellent. He is very respectful and understanding as well as being spot on as to his company and his product. Thank you Ross.

Craig and his team, who installed the windows, were such hard working guys. They never stooped working at all and did everything they could to help make tge experience a good one. Tgeir quality of work was secondcto none. They treated me and my property with respect and did a fabulous job. The Company should be proud they have such ambassadors with such skill.

Highly recommended. Had a hassle free experience. They carried out the work professionally and safely from start to finish. Can't recommend this company enough.

From 1.11.24 to 3rd installation day 10.1 25 there were more problems than acceptable. The end product and quality of the product is poor. Although the door has been adjusted twice we still have a draught from the seal.
I wish I had read reviews before having them doing my door. The high reviews are red flags as they certainly are not that good. I only asked this company to install my door after they did work for neighbours. The female sales person was over familiar and pushy. I wish I had cancelled the order however we went ahead, the company has been paid. I did get some money knocked off for the inconvenience but that's the only good thing.

Homesealed came as a recommendation from my neighbour. we had 9 new windows and 2 composite doors installed in my Edinburgh property 2 weeks ago week. delighted with the job and price was as expected for job of this size.

Neighbours were getting work done with this company. They chapped my door and asked if I’d take a quote for rough casting I agreed and they said they would come back at 6pm. 5 mins later someone calls to confirm appointment. 6pm and the sales person arrives and says he will be about an hour!! At no point was this ever mentioned.

Now commence one of the most aggressive sales pitches I’ve ever experienced. “We do a featured property discount between 5-45%” then a list price of stupid questions…intended to make you feel like you need to qualify for the discount when of course they are going to want to give it. So blatant it’s unbelievable.
Can we put a sign in your garden? And other questions around foot traffic, don’t tell your neighbours the price (red flag). Oh yeah and nothing says pressure like you have to accept the quote today if you want the discount! I can only imagine the amount of vulnerable people who have been scammed by this tactic.

After the stupid questions he calls his boss and he rushes (like it’s staged and been run through all day) all the answers to the questions and of course I’m an excellent candidate for the “featured property discount” and I’m rated at B+ which was you guessed it the best rating he’s seen all week. At this point I’m thinking ok they are going to give me a wild price then chop it down to a normal price and make me think that ok and go along with it. For work which I’d estimate about 10k maybe 12k at a push I get a quote of….£28.5k! With a discount if I take it today of 24.5k. He then says what do you think about that (bearing in mind I’ve told him my neighbour next door paid 3.5k for her full house roughcasted, although hers is a semi detached and mines is a detached I hardly think the discrepancy is over £20k).

He then says so what would be your price for today and I said £10k and he then says do you want me to call my boss and see if we can do £10k, you could maybe put the sign in you garden for longer and stuff like that to bring the price down!!! WHAT, so from nearly £30k to £10k…I told him no and got him out my house!

Now onto the finance options he says you pay it over 10 years however has never personally seen anyone pay it over the 10 years and they pay it off much sooner (3 years) and he’s never seen anyone pay it up over the 4 years!! Yeah right, how would he know that? That would be the finance company only that would know that? Just making up total nonsense.

Luckily I have avoided this company and their mega pushy aggressive sales tactics, hopefully this review prevents others getting scammed.

Of course I can’t comment on the quality of work as I never actually signed up to anything. However I highly doubt it’s worth 2-3x the going rate!

A friendly, professional company from the beginning. We had a consultation for rough casting and ended up getting coated/painted and it’s looking amazing. The service was quick, they were out within the week and despite the cold weather James did the job by himself to a great standard. Communication was great, would highly recommend.

Right from the beginning I thought it was very professional, getting my initial quote the representative sent out was very clued up on the product and was able to answer all our questions. He was extremely personable which made the whole process easier and home sealed were for accommodation to our situation.

When it came to putting the windows in you can tell these guys know what they are doing! It was quick, clean and efficient, the windows look great and have already begun improving our heating in the house.

I would happily recommend these guys to anyone, for the price you pay you get a great product and a timely service.

Really bad experience.
Cold call from young female at company citing government grants towards new roof. The call was then passed to another female who told me there were discounts. Salesman appeared at my home dressed in immaculate work mans clothes stating he had been outdoors roughcasting all day. Fully rehearsed and full on sales presentation which included numerous, private calls to the office and three separate prices. The sales pitch includes discounts if I allowed advertising in my garden, handed out flyers to promote the company and allowed them to record the process as well as put 2 positive reviews on Trustpilot 6 months apart. Also told me they do 15 show houses within each post code and I had to take deal there and then because I was number 11, the offer was only valid if i signed immediately. Wouldn't allow me time to consider other options and finance rep called me from his car to apply for finance on my behalf before I had signed paperwork. The finance works like a high interest credit card. Please don't engage with this company.

The whole process from start to finish has been so rapid! Sales team is lovely (Thank you Ness), and so were the workman that came to fit the windows.
One of my windows wasn't quite the right size but the workman requested a new one straight away and agreed to come back on a day that works for me.
I was so surprised that they managed to get 6 windows and a French door fitted so quickly! Great team.
The windows are quality too, noticed an immediate difference in the temperature!
Whole experience was amazing, would highly recommend!

Thankfully I have avoided becomimg a Homesealed customer. I cannot speak to their quality of installation but the quoting and sales experience already sent warning signals. A quote is not given unless you agree to sign up. Their finance product is scarier than a "wonga" and, as I found out very difficult to cancel within 14 days. I have now had 5 calls from the office and 1 visit to my home just to cancel. Advice? Do not even engage unless you have ready capital to pay upon completion and can therefore pay a deposit. You will also have to pay a non refunfable £500 fee for the pleasure of a survey visit to be arranged to "properly assess" the job. I would caution making an initial appointment unless you are certain, before you even get a price that they are the going to be the company for you. If not - be prepared to waste multiple hours over 10 days in a complex procedure to cancel down . What a nightmare! Creation ( their finance company do not fair much better...but that's a separate review). No wonder this company are as expensive as they are, their presales and sales overheads must hugely increase their cost base ....and who subsidises that?

The speed of windows fitted, 2 weeks from when ordered to fully fitted. Excellent team, Martin, Darren Eddie, Clare and team Wullie who fitted the fantastic windows. A superb product with fantastic workmanship. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very happy indeed, so much so we have ordered 3 more windows! Sharon, Girvan.

I took on the role of mediator for my pensioner father as the company had stopped communicating with him when the dormer windows he had fitted needed major residual work. The correspondence with the main office was awful as the staff regularly would claim to have booked my father in but nobody would turn up and nobody would even bother to call to let him know they weren't coming.
I eventually found a second contact number and a member of staff who was extremely helpful and appeared to get things moving again. After almost 8 months since the first attempt at fitting, homesealed finished the job however now I can no longer get a hold of this staff member or an answer on either phone number. I left a message several days ago and have had no return call. I have tried several times today but after a few rings my call is diverted to voicemail. I had already opened a dialog and wanted to discuss potential compensation for the water damage caused to my fathers house or the fact he spent all of last year from April sitting in his house waiting in people that never came. I was told the directors were looking at my father's job but have heard nothing since last week when an office manager said she would call back the next morning - guess what, no call back ever came.
As I began to outlines additional setbacks that had arisen since the start of 2025 she cut me off and curtly said, "i'm aware of the issues" before fairly promptly ending the call. There are definitely some great workers at this place and my father is now happy with the quality of the materials used etc but some staff need to seriously work on their organisation, communication skills and general conduct.
