I was looking for a replacement towel radiator to replace an anthracite one we had. Home Supply Discount had a chrome version of the one I wanted to replace, which will make the job much easier. My order came in quick time but I thought the radiator should have come better packaged. The packaging was damaged but the radiator was not. Just a word of warning, anthracite radiators have a rough texture and collect hard to remove towel fluff.

Delivered very quickly and the driver let me know when he was arriving.

Prompt service, thank you. However, courier DX delivered the parcel severely damaged, to the extent of being stove in. Fortunately the contents, a mixer tap, were sturdy and within their own packaging, and so undamaged. Why are courier services the one business that never asks for feedback?
