Seems like a good product, well priced and great on first use. Packaging damaged on delivery but bbq all good. Straightforward instructions, but took a few minutes to put together. All went well and really pleased with it!

Great service quick delivery and easy to build

I have today opened and built my barbecue and what a build it was.iam a motor mechanic so have tools skills etc I was expecting to put a few parts on ie legs wheels etc but you have to build the entire frame & hood from component parts nuts bolts and screws I would think the average man in the street would struggle to build this unit also parts arrived bent/twisted as packaging was not the best but when it was built up it is very impressive barbecue for the price.

Delighted with purchases, colour slightly paler but absolutely fine. Only criticism with toaster, but not taking away from product flex/cable could do with being 2 ins longer, had to rearrange things in small kitchen. (Bit of a task) but toasts perfectly and evenly, I can now enjoy thick toast and crumpets once again, without using grill. Kettle boils quickly, keeps hot if you wish, not as loud as its predecessor.

Bought a Fire Mountain gas grill couple years ago. Going well so far, although the "flame tames" had rusted away this winter. However, I was able to easily buy spares from them, and it was quick and painless to sort. I think the only thing that could've improved the spare parts is if they were available on a web shop!

Great product, perfectly fits 4 burner + hob BBQ, delivered on time

Delivered quickly, a little tricky to assemble, definitely requires 2 people in places. It would have been nice if a regulator was included. Had to use my old one, but if first bbq, would have had to buy separately. Tried it out and works a charm. This us my second fire mountain bbq as I do think they are excellent and reliable products. Bought the pizza oven attachment as well, looking forward to trying it out

Very good customer service. I bought one of their mixer from Amazon. Product was good but I had some problems with it after a few months. I get in touch with them directly instead of Amazon. They were very helpful and sort the problem quickly. Good to deal with responsible companies who still cares about their customers after sale.

With the energy crisis I bought an air fryer with 2 drawers. It has been a great buy. It cooks joints in less time than the oven. Also potatoes, chips, steaks, bacon, sausages. I’m still experimenting with other thing

Ordered the pan set which are straight on one side so they can be stored on their side. Product is great, and is of high quality. Easy to order, delivery was efficient, couldn't ask for any more!

I have the Vitinni air fryer and it is absolutely brilliant. It cooks everything to perfection and is so easy to use and so easy to clean and store. I also have the Vitinni coffee machine and it has a really cool slim line design and looks so cool in my kitchen as well as making the best coffee

My airfryer is amazing I ordered the airfryer from Minky great customer service. It ia easy to use and i managed to cook mist of the Christmas dinner in it saving quite abut of time and electric.
