They used to be great
They used to be great, but now they changed their delivery address without advising people. Online chat no longer available and now I have 2 parcels that have gone missing. Have sent emails, but no reply. DO NOT USE THEM.
Worst service
Email no reply . HSG is the best service before . But now very worst service .
We need updates
I have 24 packages sitting in my account that I cannot forward to the UK, and 3 packages which are marked as delivered by USPS, but not appearing on my account. CS is not answering any queries, and even though the US address has been changed on the website, we have not been informed via email.
No Customer Service, No reponses, But they signed for my package
I created my account by linking it to my PayPal account. I placed an order on a supplier's site, using the US forwarding address that was then associated with my HSG account. The supplier used Fedex to deliver the package. HSG claims they returned my package to sender as they have moved office, yet Fedex is able to confirm the date, time and name of the individual that signed for my package. I raised this query with HSG twice and they only replied to the second query with a one-line response of "As per FedEx, we noticed your package 399262668239 was returned to sender. Please note that we are moved before, so we cannot accepted your package.We are sorry for causing you trouble and inconvenience." Now the delivery address associated with my HSG account has reverted back to the original address, I still don’t have my package and HSG has gone back to not replying to any of my queries.

The payment button has not been displayed due to a PayPal sdk error for a few weeks. Still not fixed. And no response for emails.

I have been using hopshopgo for more than a decade. Never a problem. Past week since I ordered for a delivery of one parcel, seems like nothing progressed from there on. Still showing processing after 7 days. Anyone knows what is going on with them? Multiple emails but no reply.
No respond at all, are they still exist?
Same as the previous reviews. There is no more instant chat, I tried to send email but no response. My item has arrived the warehouse on June 3, but today, June 29, still did not show up in "My Package".

Superb service and value , it just doesnt get any better
NO RESPONSE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER
I purchased an item recently with their buy for me service. They add on a 10 percent surcharge. They also charge for the box size which ends up twice as much as the weight . They also add on 15% for the Australian GST tax which is only really 10%. The item end up costing twice as much as the initial purchase price . I'm going back to ebay and Amazon who give realistic shipping cost.
Unresponsive support
This has started recently. Packages have not been added to my account but they have been delivered by merchant at the Portland warehouse of HopShopGo. I am wondering if this a lost cause at this point. No one seems to be responding to my emails
HopShopGo went wrong
Exactly, I have been using HopShopGo for 10+ years and the quality of service was so good. Yet the situation has been changed since April 2023. Something went wrong and my items over $3000 value still sit there without being registered on my account. So worrisome!!

Like the others I have been a customer for many years and been happy with service, until now. I'm deeply disturbed as to business practices displayed by HSG. I have Packages waiting to be picked up from Post Office, a package I've paid for 1box and paid for shipping, still not posted, and a package that has been returned to the vendor I'm currently chasing. If they are moving location why didn't they notify customer beforehand? No communication, I emailed the hotline and got the standard message they are relocating and our packages are safe...safe with who?? Lets get our current package home first. Why don't they put our notice saying they are no longer trading and complete their obligations with customers, or bring in the liquidators?
Something Is Seriously Wrong With HopShopGo
I have been using HopShopGo for almost 18 months with no issues until yesterday. I currently have 14 packages sitting in my account that I can do nothing with as I went to Onebox them yesterday and I get a message they are short on staff. I tried to send the package that they start charging me storage fees on from today I get a message that they are moving warehouses and that they have paused operations for a few days while they move. Does anyone know how long we actually haven’t been able to use the site at all? I am so worried my storage fees will get out of control and that I won’t actually receive my items that I have paid for and this isn’t even my fault
no longer reacheable. it's like they've all but closed up shop
hopshopgo has been a great service in the past. however, things have taken a turn for the worse of late. i'm not sure when the system changed, but there's no longer access to a live chat agent. the only way to contact them is via email, which seems to go in to a black hole. they've always been very responsive, but after the system change, they no longer reply to email. it's been weeks. there's no other way to contact them. and the shipping costs which used to be reasonable have now increased exponentially. with amazon offering direct shipping overseas now at much more favorable rates, it is no longer cost effective to use hopshopgo, especially with their non existent customer service
HopShopGo seems to go MIA !!!
I have been using HopShopGo for several years and they have been reliable in shipping the packages to the final destination. My packages have been delivered to the allocated suite address according to sellers' tracking numbers but no update at HopShopGo. No people answered my email and my telephone. What is happening? Are they stealing my packages? Any kind soul to help?
