2 years of wrongful billing
2 years of wrongful billing - not willing to resolve - now they suspend me because I ask for refund from paypal on bills that doe snot impact on my services. When money is owed they quick shut u down and suspend WITHOUT GIVING U ACCESS TO YOUR FILES!! When am i getting my refund on the second billing per month. when do i get access to my files (IP)

Great migration experience
The guys did a fantastic job migrating the managed VPS from CentOS 7 to AlmaLinux 8. All cPanel settings and packages were migrated correctly. Loved the fact that they kept giving me updates through the ticket system.
Think I'm with Host4Geeks for some years now, and they've always been very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them!

host4geeks no devuelve el dinero a pesar que no se usa el servicio
Esta empresa al comprarle hosting genera un cobro automatico, a pesar que lo desactivas y al volver a pagar lo vuelven a activar. Este mes había planeado ya no usar el servicio pero se activo el cobro automático y les pedí devolución y se niegan a hacerlo a pesar que ha pasado horas nada mas.
Les escribí al soporte la devolución y se niegan a hacerlo, prácticamente me estafaron, una mala experiencia con esta empresa
