Terrible service, they do not respond to tickets or emails, I have my email blocked and they tell me that I must renew the license but it expires in July and I request support and they do not respond.

They want us to pay the transfer fee and evaluate the domain name?
Are you kidding me? This is nothing but a scam!

I have messaged hostpoco 3 times because we were (automatic payment) charged the wrong amount for our yearly fee (lower amount) and our account was cancelled. However, we were not refunded the fee that was charged nor been given the opportunity to correct the payment amount.

Two years in a row without being able to use this service. They charged my PayPal account automatically and the control panel says I have a pending payment. I have tried to contact their support service and they don't respond.

since last 3 months I am unable to login to my cpanel submitted stickers many times no answer, won't renew again and never recommend to anyone

Not a professional team.
We signed up for a plan a couple of years ago that was a standard service that any web host could offer, and a few issues did arise with our website, for example. Every time the domain name or certificate malfunctions, and the support service delays responding to our requests,
What happens now, when we renewed our contract and paid the bill, they did not update this information, intentionally, resulting in the domain name being disabled. All our requests that we sent through various channels and the documents proving our payment were also ignored.
Eventually, the domain name became unavailable and our customers could no longer access the website.

Absolutely useless. Paid for 24 months and after 3 my site went offline and I couldn't login to cpanel, then I've emailed 3 times in a few months to get it back online but no response from support. Worst host I've ever used.

Issues are happening again and again and in the past few months I have lost customers because of poor service, late response and occurrence of issues with the server. Really unhappy with the performance of service.

When I received a notification to renew my subscription via email, the link was a dud. When I went to the website to renew it stated that the time to renew had already expired before the renew due date? When I try to contact via email, phone and site ticket I get NO response! My annual account was free and was given a lifetime guarantee but I guess that was a lie. Cannot get access to my site anymore. Should've never trusted them. Too good to be true.

Did not get a response to my trouble ticket in over a week.

llevo mas de un año siendo usuario de esta empresa, y la verdad su servicio es pésimo, y mas pésimo es su soporte técnico, llevo mas de una semana tratando de comunicarme y no responden. caídas constantes del servidor es una total estafa

I subscribed and paid for the unlimited PRO Plan, but put a limit on my disk space and usage. I tried to raise a support ticket, but they keep on ignoring me. Furthermore, I won't recommend this web hosting to anyone. There are a few other reliable web hosting out there. Please stay away from them. That is my piece of advice to you.

Told me they only offer free hosting for educational purpose

These guys are scam, i paid for hosting, i was supposed to design a website for ophanage, they disabled it now they want me to renew it they don't reply when i ask what's wrong with my hosting plan. Scam of the earth. Don't you dare us them

The service is not bad, but it's what you would expect for the price it's inconsistent and doesn't have the greatest uptime overall, I used it for testing and staging purposes and found it quite adequate

Horrible communication and customer service. Refuses to refund a recurring paypal payment when I do not use there service any more.
