Terrible Terrible service...
Started of good, then just got worse.. constant lies of issues being fixed in 24 hours and 1 month later still having issues with sending emails. and still being told it will be fixed in 24 hours. It seems there servers are all blacklisted. even when being told to buy an ip address, i brought 2, and still coming up as blacklisted.
The support replys are always 24 to 48 hours...

do not reccomend this service as a reseller as i have had to now pay for 5 of my clients to go to a new server as they could not send emails . .

I cannot send email to Outlook mail.
It's the worst hosting ever. No support . No reply.
Very unprofessional service. All emails goes as spam. Stay away from this company

I cannot send email to Microsoft mail accounts from day one. However, no fix and no reply.

It is the worst hosting, because in this case cheap is so expensive... the server did not work for a month and my websites were not recovered. Fortunately, I do monthly backups myself in my laptop. By losing my websites and those of other companies, it made me lose money and affected my reputation as a company. Hospoco is a clear example of how cheap can be very expensive... They even tried to charge me twice fraudulently.

I absolutely do not recommend Hostpoco.

Es el peor hosting, porque lo barato cuesta caro... el servidor no funcionaba durante un mes y no se recuperó mis páginas web. Afortunadamente, hago backups mensuales por mí mismo. Al perder mis páginas web y de otras empresas, me hizo perder dinero y afectó la reputación como empresa. Hospoco es el claro ejemplo de que lo barato puede salir muy caro... Incluso me quisieron cobrar dos veces de forma fraudulenta.

Absolutamente no recomiendo Hostpoco.

Unprofessional company. Actually is not a company just they have blacklisted IPs and spam emails.

My both sites are working as well as times that I used expensive host .

I was using a different Hosting for some years with more or less good success!
HostPoco differs a lot, on the good side, and showed that it's very helpful for just normal users and customers. I'm not a heavy user at all and just still didn't decide yet what I really will do in the next future, the life is very strange at this time and not easy!
Anyway, I'll thank the very helpful staff for all already done and will do in the future.

Am a first timer, so you appear to be fair

Host is working fine. However there are two problems, one is the SSL Certificate for the email service, Google shows a big Orange screen regarding to this. The second is an issue when emailing to an Outlook occount. It won’t be delivered and the cause is that “ part of your network is on our block list” so those mails are not delivered. Same happens with Facebook

After a year with hostpoco I can say they're professionals, their support never ignored me, quick responses, other than that the prices are really good compared to other hosting companies. With the cheapest plan I got a lot of features and most importantly the speed of the hosting. Good work guys and hope you keep it like that.

I registered with several free hosting services but they wouldn't give you full access to a cpanel and other features like free SSL and sub domain. But to my experience and honestly hostpoco is one of the best and their customer service is also good and fair.

The customer care is decent. For the meagre price of the service, one definitely gets more than they paid for.

HostPoco is TRASH. They'll take your money and then troll you.

Stay away form $1 hosting companies like HostPoco, Waxspace.com and 3iX.

Canceled my free hosting order for no reason. they are scammers beware
