I am a week or so into trying the free hosting plan using my own custom domain name. Honestly, it's been pretty straightforward and simple so far. I signed up with an email address and a couple of days later I got all the login details and DNS info in my mailbox. From there I just pointed my domain at the HostPoco servers and logged into the HostPoco cPanel for my account. It was pretty easy to then set up the SSL via Let's Encrypt - which, by the way, is usually a service other hosting companies charge extra for, in my experience. The loading speed is fast and lag free. I haven't needed to reach out for any support because everything is very straightforward and easy to find. For someone needing a little more hands-on guidance and support, the paid tier plans are probably the way to go. If anything changes I'll be sure to follow up on this review, but so far I'm happy with how everything is going.

This is the worst web hosting Company I came across on the Internet because they advertise something and when we sign up, they offer something else.

When we raise our issue, they terminate our account. Don't even think of signing up with them.

After going for the 60 dollar hosting (Reseller for one year) I was charged 63.30 ?? But okay, no problem. Then I setup my hosting and had some problems, that where answered pretty quick. But yesterday I noticed that I got in wordpress errors that the diskspace was full. Waited 6 hours to get it solved. And several messages later I got the answer to send a picture ??? Sorry. No time to wait 6 hours, special need if it is saying in log files from wordpress that the disk space is FULL.
So I explain I can not use this hosting, as it takes to long ? Then they tell me that I have to give them at least a change to fix it ? Sorry, do not agree with that. I think that if I wait 6 hours I wait already long enough. Special because they say if not good money back. So we are now there ! Money back ! Did I get it. No as they keep saying I have to give them a change. No time for it. So took the websites away and asked now paypal for refund. Would not recommend this to others. Was looking good. But in the end cheap is not that good !

Update: and with there reply they simple try to tske longer. And again sales send a reply from hostpoco.coom instead of hostpoco.com so a direct response on mail is not possible. And I have to update ticket again.

Brside all this. I stared the cancelation with them. But because they exist in "solving" it, I opened a dispute by paypal. Now they want me to cancel that first. Really customer friendly. Concidiring that they can solve it in paypal by simple refunding me. Another reason I regret stsrting with there hosting. Zero stars are not here. Too bad!!

Sono una banda di falliti, non anno mai attivato il mio servizio free hosting, proprio perche era free, e un servizio proposto da loro, e lo puoi fare attraverso il loro sito iscrivendoti, ma non lo attiveranno mai, e solo per avere un cliente iscritto e mandarti newsletter, lo sconsiglio vivamente sono dei fannulloni.

Tried getting hosting from their openly posted 'early black friday' offer on their site.
The offer also included a domain registration at no extra charge.

Made the order & paid for 3 years without delay.

Supposed to be instant activation with a recurring discount as listed on their site.
It did not get activated.

Made a support ticket and eventually it got answered saying that the deal was being cancelled & refunded because they could not honour the domain registration part of it.

We asked if they could activate it & leave it as paid MINUS the domain portion - to which they replied that they would only honour the deal for one year despite it being list as recurring on their very own site.

Allowed the cancellation - got thee refund & would NEVER recommend this provider to anyone...EVER.

Their services may be superb - but if they make public offers then refuse to honour their own offers, that is open dishonesty which only merits distrust.

An offer that is made from the main site's front page & has validity in the shopping cart NOW -must- also be valid NOW - or it should not be visible to visitors at all.

Whomever is in charge needed to know this and make sure it was handled legally & properly - rather than belatedly claiming something different after it is bought & paid for.

With first impression HostPoco is looking good and I am enjoying their service. They are just awesome and offering service beyond the limits. I am happy that I found them

Cancelled my hosting and domain name, but still charged my paypal account. Customer service (email and chat) does not respond.
