Hard working polite and helpful
Ricky was very polite and helpful. He explained everything that he was doing and gave us clear instructions. He installed underfloor heating for us in a large area, and also lots of pipework. Very hard working.

Ricky of Hot Flames is so trustworthy…
Ricky of Hot Flames is so trustworthy and honest. He does his utmost to get to you even at short notice and I’ve no doubt in my mind that he tries to fix the problem immediately. If he can’t he does the job as quickly as possible. He is the type of guy you want to have a cup of tea with afterwards. Thank you Ricky. We would be freezing without you.

Very professional plumber
Ricky did an excellent job installing first a pump and then a new hot water tank for our flat. He clearly works very hard and is very professional.
