I have been using this company for some time now probably about 4 or 5 orders over several years. I find that delivery has always been prompt, considering the order comes from Sydney to an outer suburb of Melbourne, and the manner of ordering on line is so simple. I have always used the generic brand which saves me a considerable amount of money and cannot fault the performance.

Great ink cartridges at affordable prices and the service is excellent.

I've been purchasing from Hot Toner for about 8 years. I always find their range extensive and their super fast service excellent.

I have used the Hot Toner on line store for a number of years. The website is easy to navigate, they have all printer consumables available, not just ink cartridges; their prices are competitive and orders are filled and posted promptly.

The prices are fair, the turnaround is quick. All in all, a very positive experience. I have been using Hot Toner for many years.

Terrible experience. I ordered a four pack with each colour of ink I needed. I desperately needed the cyan cartridge but figured I should get all of them just in case. Website showed the four pack as in stock. The black cartridge was out of stock (not available for at least four weeks) they didn't bother top contact me to let me know. When I called them they were not helpful at all. I would never use them again.

I placed an order from Perth at 8.30pm.
By early afternoon the next day my order arrived at my front door. I couldn’t believe it! Exceptional customer service. Will definitely use Hot Toner again for my ink needs.

I have ordered toners from HotToner and one of Catridge was faulty. Write to their Sales Team and they responded in highly professional manner. They offer me replacement without extra cost.

ordered the wrong inks, emailed them immediately to cancel the order, 'Andy' replied saying the order had already been shipped - received shipping information from Aus Post only to find they had shipped the wrong item 7 hours after i had requested the cancellation twice in writing and now they want to charge me 15% restocking fee for their outright lie

i operate a printer repair business since 1995, all of my clients will be notified to never buy from them

Shocking company. Website hard to negotiate making it easy to make errors, then they charge 15% ‘handling fee’ for returns. What other internet company actually charges you for returns?? My appeal to have this waived, as a returning customer, fell on robotic ears. Never again. Go elsewhere where they don’t sting you for exchange - plenty of other options.

This company is just untrustworthy, I was sent the wrong cartridge and was told that because I ordered the wrong one, they will replace it for 50% less. This is an unopened cartridge. Although their database search pointed me to this cartridge, they seems to ignore the fact that it was their database that made the mistake. Never again will I deal with this company "HOT TONER" just a ripoff. There are not trying to solve the problem but how much more money they can rip you off. Disappointing for a company to behave in this manner in Australia.

GREAT SERVICE and very happy with the product!! I found myself out of ink earlier this week, went online, ordered and left a message letting them know that I was out. My inks were in the post the next day and received by me the following day.
I have purchased inks from Hot Toner a few times and find that unlike some others that I have purchased in the past, the ink does not run if accidently splashed by water/liquid.

I have received excellent service in the past from yourselves but this time it took me 45 minutes to find the right toner number as the numbering system in the website is confusing and the customer service officer was useless to the extent that I hung up on him.

Dreadful experience.
