He was very patient and supportive through the process and checked in on the progress regularly, and it was a really positive experience to deal with him.

Had a pleasant conversation with Martin, who will be viewing our property. We understand the 20% arrangement, it feels worth it after wasting so much time with unreliable buyers for 10 months now.

With Martin’s guidance we ended up not using the house buying experts and instead auctioned our flat based on Martin’s recommendation.
