I bought 2 rolls of wallpaper for my hallway. The bottom half of the wall is panelled. Usually 2 rolls would have covered the entire top half. This wallpaper has scissors printed in sections on the wallpaper so you waste atleast half a roll of paper. Which is already super expensive. The rolls aren’t the same width as a typical wallpaper either. So you don’t get as much coverage. What a standard 2 rolls would do, this wallpaper only covered 1/3. I’m now having to pay £560 for 4 more rolls to finish the project. Then to pay a decorator to come back for the day to finish it. I feel like the scissors shouldn’t be printed on. It’s just a way of making more money from us. I’m so upset as my hallway will now be unfinished for months.

I've ordered various fabrics and cushions from House of Hackney. I do love their prints and quality, but the delivery is so expensive that if - like me - you baulk at it, I'd recommend ordering from a different retailer!

House of Hackney has the most beautiful papers available anywhere. As an artist with an MFA, I want beautiful papers that are also more complex, with a narrative to tell. House of Hackney's papers are traditionally pretty but also so bold and stunning. I have wallpapered with House of Hackney in several homes, and in several rooms of our most recent house.

We ran into a printing hiccup while papering one room. The company was extremely responsive, professional, prompt and creative with solutions that pleased us. The results are breathtaking!

Our complete wallpaper project makes the home amazing. The papers were so wonderful and such high quality, even our installers loved working with them.

As a proffessional putting the acrylic eggshell on old woodwork for a client it is very important to have information on primers being required. The level of information is extremely poor for a company selling to the public, zero info on the tin or the website. Most companies tech support will give you answers immediately HOH clearly have no tech support. As they had to "look into this issue" and get back to me. Not very good when you're costing a client money due to any delay. Another company that sells based on its "lovely colours" rather than the quality of its product. Be very wary.

Excellent customer service, beautiful selection of wallpaper, high quality and easy to hang, well worth the money! Over 10 years in wallpapering business (Contracting and Subcontracting) I can tell the HofH wallpaper are the best i ever come across. I hanged the paper my self, and again it was a pleasure to do it.
We have been using House of Hackney wallpaper for the past 8 years and every time great results.

The wall paper fell off our walls, and the company would not replace it.

Recently ordered Plantasia wallpaper, paint and a print from House of Hackney. After a minor glitch with the paint delivery they dealt with this swiftly. Customer care (Kayley) is amazing and the wallpaper is stunning. Cannot wait now until our decorator comes in to decorate our new home office. Thanks again for such a wonderful service (Kayley) and keeping me updated regularly regarding my order. We will definitely be ordering again for future home projects 😊

Estelle was wonderfull in customer service. Most companies are good at the sales stage, but asking for a replacement part 2 years later?? HOH lovely people, great product and superb customer service

I ordered 2 bespoke pairs of curtains from House of Hackney. Given the price, I was nervous but I'm so glad I did! They look lovely and are far very quality than anything I could have had bought on the high street (even if I'd had them made)

Incredible service, my shipment arrived within 2 days internationally. I bought a large vase, and it was packed perfectly and arrived without any damage. I look forward to shopping here again!

Disappointing experience overall. Product itself (cushion): Great design, quality rather less impressive than it should be at the price point. Others do similar stuff better, cheaper, and did it before HoH. Packaging: Practical and adequate cardboard box. No bag, wrapping paper, card or any other of the little final touches one expects from a supposedly high-end purchase. Delivery: Appalling. Only option was DHL Express at €51, and the package was not only days underway (fair enough) but, more importantly, was not delivered to my door as promised - instead dumped at some seedy shop. So extremely overpriced delivery and a service worse than what is usually free elsewhere. This was a trial purchase on my part; I'll look elsewhere for my design needs.
