House Of Tents are absolutely Amazing
We have been searching for a clean, decent and sturdy Gazeebo or Marquee. As we had previously purchased 9m x 3m gazeebos in the past and tide them together, was not an option. forward thinking we knew we have 4 or 5 functions during the summer, we looked at renting a Marquee but financially this wasn't cost effective. searching online we came across House Of Tents, whom unlike a lot of other organisations i was able to call up and have a clear concise and succinct conversation with a member of staff at House Of Tents, whom reminded me if i choose to purchase i should add the discount code.
We decided it would be in our best interest to purchase, whilst doing so i added the discount code but noticed it had not been added. my purchase went through and i was notified of the delivery date and time slot allotted, the date and time was adhered too by the courier company, the driver very helpful and accomodating too.
I emailed House Of Tents and notified them my 10% discount had not been added and without quibble House Of Tents refunded my discount and kept me fully informed throughout.
My journey with House Of Tents from start to finish has been seamless and a great pleasure when speaking to them on the phone too.
our first function went well, i would say though leave yourself with enough time to erect the Marquee and follow the instructions and you will have an amazing sturdy space to hold your function.
Well done to House Of Tents.

My marquee got damaged by bad weather and I raised a complaint/concern about the reliability of the steel frames etc.
The company were very friendly and prompt with their response explained their reasoning and they called me and said they will give replacements free of charge. I’m happy with their service and would recommend

Bought A Polytunel from house of tents…
Bought A Polytunel from house of tents last year, firstly t came with missing screws and bolts and i had to purchace the spares from screwfix, then when i came to put the covering on it never fitted and had to wait weeks for a new cover, now some parts have failed and i need spares they want 250% more for the spares which cover only 1/4 of the Polytunel and the only option they give me is buy a new polytunnel at the same price as what it is and offer a 10% discount which is available to everyone. really poor customer service.

Great strong shelter
I bought the 3.3x6.0m Carport Tent / Portable Garage to use as a field shelter. It's been up for a year and was left up.all winter. It's coped with the storms much better than I expected. I put it together with a friend without too much trouble. One corner pole was damaged recently and house of tents costumer service was helpful and they are sending me a replacement. Very happy with the shelter and the service received.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!
I ordered a 10 meter x 4 meter POLYTUNNEL from House of Tents. The delivery was swift and upon finding out that the packet of nuts and bolts and other small fixings were missing I was given a £30 refund so I could go and buy them myself locally. Not ideal, but the lady I spoke with was helpful, giving me the details of the bits I needed. We assembled the frame and placed the cover over, fixing it down as instructed. Next day, today we have a slight breeze and we found the flimsy velcro fixings holding the bottom of the plastic to the frame had all come undone and a couple of the eyelets for pinning the skirt down had ripped. On top of that two of the side seams have started tearing apart. I telephoned the company to be told that if there is wind I should take it down. The lady then brought up a weather app and told me that we have winds of 60km per hour, with gusts 0f 70km. I checked the BBC weather app for my area and we are having a 'fresh breeze', also we are in a valley surrounded by trees, so more of a breeze here! I informed her that I was outside, by the tunnel, and we had a breeze and asked if she could hear any wind, to be told the AC was on so she could hear my voice clearly. At that point I gave up on the conversation. Within an hour of our conversation the seams gave way completely at one end of the tunnel, rendering it useless - without even being used! I was sold a POLYTUNNEL to grow crops in and, especially at 10mx4m, it's not the sort of structure you just pop up and down because the weather is breezy. Totally disappointed.

We apologise again for the missing nuts and bolts on delivery and are glad that our colleague could quickly arrange a refund so you were able to complete the assembly. We have carefully reviewed your case, including your photos, video and local weather data, and our assessment is that the damage occurred during strong wind gusts, which are unfortunately excluded from our warranty as also stated in the safety instructions.
That said, we fully understand your disappointment and have offered you a 20% discount on replacement parts as a gesture of goodwill, so that you can repair the structure at a reduced cost if you wish to.

Quality products and excellent customer service
Having purchased a marquee from house of tents a couple of years ago and been extremely pleased with the product. I found myself in need of their expertise once again. Speaking to one of their representatives (Igor) today - he could not have been more helpful. I am always impressed by how professionally and quickly they are able to identify me and the products that I have purchased. This is confidence inspiring from a customer perspective. I would happily leave a five star review just for the quality of the products but the service deserves another five stars in it's self! As a guy in his mid 50's - I find being able to use the phone and speak directly to someone at the company and absolute bonus. In this e commerce world in which we live - a lot of companies do not even publish telephone numbers on their web sites.
This fact alone is very very welcome.

The size was not 3m/4m, was 2,90/4, which has messed up as we build the base 3/4, quality of the cover very poor, ripped in 2 places as we put it up, quick delivery, next day.

Had my gazebo delivered on the day as promised it was very well packed no damage delivered by DX express most impressed with the delivery he couldn't do a enough for me .It my son about six hours to erect the gazebo , nice and strong 💪 can't complain about the quality . I had to phone house of tents a couple of times because I couldn't find some fittings they assured they were there and they were silly me. House of tents were very helpful and polite had no issues with them at all .
