An excellent experience
Excellent experience. No problem getting a face to face appointment at the Ardrossan office. Very friendly greeting on arrival. My meeting with the designer was first class. Very efficient and very professional. Clearly she knew her stuff. Nothing was a problem and after we had been through my thoughts and my ideas I left it with her. The next day I had a photo of the kitchen layout. Perfect, just what I wanted. Nothing missed. The icing on the cake was a house survey the following week.
In short all is now in place and an order has been placed.

Gemma - Exceptional planning service
Gemma has been so helpful and actively listened to my needs for my new kitchen. She was patient, professional and extremely competent in planning and even managed to make the experience enjoyable. . There has been no hard sell and it's her service that has persuaded me to buy from Howdens. The kitchen won't be delivered until early next year

Excellent service and follow up
Personal but Professional service. I changed my design a good few times and nothing was a bother to Ashley and the team at Ardrossan. They also accommodated me at short notice for a weekend delivery.
Highly recommend and thanks again.

Howdens gave us our ideal kitchen !!
From the very beginning our service from Howdens was first class. From the minute the kitchen designer Ashley Richmond came into our home she understood what we were trying to achieve and worked with us in a straightforward and friendly way. We needed more storage, light and work-surface to make it a well planned place for cooking and enjoy our meals.
We quickly received a draft plan which met our expectations and all materials ordered arrived in good time. Our fitter was impressed with the quality of the units and was able to contact Ashley to helpfully clarify any fitting issues. As a result we now have a lovely kitchen with very clever storage solutions. Exactly what we had hoped for 👍🏻
We were so impressed with Howdens products that we subsequently bought their sliding wardrobe doors which have worked a treat in our dining room making a traditional 2 door wardrobe into an elegant storage space. We are very satisfied customers.

Excellent range of kitchens to choose from. Customer service on advice and planning second to none, very helpful and not pushy. Would definitely recommend Howdens if your buying a new kitchen.

Survey to my kitchen to service in office and delivery of said kitchen was first class the plans were very professional and easy to follow. All materials were delivered on time and in tiptop condition with no shortages.would definitely use Howdèns again for their professionalism and pricing all in first class from start to finish.thank you all

Absolutely Fantastic in every way
Our first time using Howdens for our new kitchen . The service ,design ,delivery and quality of products are quite superb.
We found the team extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble
Kitchen designed by Gemma Templeton was first class in every way. We would also like to mention Ashley and Andrea in the design dept. Also Davie , James and Andy at the front desk all really superb with their knowledge of the products.
Delivery of goods was very smooth due to the excellent delivery staff.
Our kitchen was perfectly installed by the very professional Paul Hewitson Kitchen and Bathroom Specialist.
Kitchen looks fabulous very many thanks to everyone who helped make things go like clockwork.
Thoroughly recommend Howdens for your new kitchen.
