Howdens - Ashford Reviews 

All the talk and no follow up. Full of spin and BS. Messed up on so many little things, spend half the time back and forth replacing things. Even then had left over three items that werent even same colour as the kirchen ordered! Biggest issue was not telling me my worktop would have a joint. So had to send it back to sources elsewhere. Then they tried to under refund me! Avoid if possible people....trouble is all the providers are as bad! They care very little about the customer and everything about the sale! Awful....

Absolutely great, impeccable service- thank you. We had the lovely Daisy from Howdens, where nothing was too much trouble. Her insight to our designs was extremely helpful and forward thinking- ensuring our current appliances would fit and always going the extra mile. We like a bit of technology so she recommended the pop out plug socket/usb charger in the breakfast island- which fits so well. She was always on hand to sort out any niggles we had and with care. We kept in storage until we needed the kitchen- and Genevieve and her husband were brilliant at sorting out deliveries. We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen, it’s nearly there and it’s been such a pleasure to work with Daisy. The quality of the Howdens kitchen speaks for itself- it’s sleek, luxurious and modern.

I’ve been using howdens for the last 15 years but a Recent order of doors and ironmongery was very expensive when compared with another supplier for same /similar products , I don’t usually check prices elsewhere because howdens service is generally good but will have to check prices now and compare to other suppliers if we are to earn a living in the present climate .

We have always had a great experience at Hawdens in Ashford and especially from Millie Hewitt who is extremely professional, patient, friendly and takes time to know exactly what her customers want and she is a huge credit to the company. I highly recommend Hawdens in Ashford.

Great company with amazing employees that do anything and everything to make the customers happy.. I personally not use any other company for supplying my kitchens…

Due to severe water damage a new kitchen was required, purchased and fitted by MJD Building - Rochester. Howdens of Unit 6, Brunswick Industrial Estate Ashford was the branch used to purchase the kitchen. We wish to place on record the excellent service in general from Howdens staff and would like to personally thank Chris the branch manager, Eddie on counter sales (very helpful) and Millie-Jo Hewitt for all her endeavours in visiting our house, planning and helping us decide every last detail from style, colour, worktops, sink, taps, floor. Always a easy/pleasant experience when I go in as staff are knowledgeable and helpful and friendly

I use the team at Ashford quite a lot and can’t fault them. They are quick to get back to me with technical issues and everything arrives at the job when it should. Sometimes things get damaged but they are fast to sort out replacements in order for me to finish the job without too much disruption

Chris Rogers at the Ashford Depot was so helpful and supportive. He really worked with us to ensure that he understood our requirements and communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

We have just purchased a kitchen at the Ashford, Kent branch of Howdens and could not recommend them enough. The service we received was outstanding. We had many questions and ‘Debbie’ and ‘Eddie’ were amazing. They were patient and extremely knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Howdens.

Very little “standard” stock. Always missing items in kitchens even though they claim everything is available. They say trade only but this isn’t the case, will open an account for anyone just to get a sale

As usual all the materials is not there and we are waiting
