Staff as usual very helpful and friendly

Went to blackburn branch to load up for day before. They had no standard 6'6 x 2'6 in stock . Where is stock check !. Then went to bury branch day after didn't have handles or roller catches. Said I could pick rest up from Radcliffe
My time is money abd service was piss poor . Bury worst cos staff poor , one on phone , while I'm waiting for 5 min and not getting anyone else to help . Used to ve better. Gone down hill . Except for Haslingden branch who always have stock in .

Through a joiner I was introduced to Howdens on King Street in Blackburn and I would (& do) recommend their services and products to anyone looking for a new kitchen. They are excellent on choice, quality and continual customer care. Ten out of ten in my experience.

Great service for us as a company, did the design work and everything came on the right date exactly as ordered. Quality is brilliant

What should I say about Howdens well let's start with how disappointed I am after spending a considerable amount of money. I purchased a Neff hide and slide oven which was delivered in October with four manufacturing faults.
My Quartz worktop was incorrectly templated leading to my hob being off centre. Also my Quooker tank bangs when I use the tap. Howdens were made aware in November / December about these issues nothing has been resolved to date.

What a great company to deal with so helpful and informative ...

Well designed with excellent customer service

Very knowledgeable staff and friendly made customers feel at ease and gave great advice on different aspects of install to give a better flow on kitchen 5 star service highly likely to recommend.

Over the last 10 years I have bought 5 kitchens from Blackburn Howdens and various other materials such as doors, flooring, door furniture, building materials. I keep going back because of the great service provided by Alan and Mustaq. But on this particular visit my car, which was parked outside in Howdens car park got damaged. Firstly the manager Jennifer Southworth and the young lady who heard the thud and picked up the offending item ( advertising board) didn’t have the decency to even come and tell me that my car had been damaged. Manager was initially reluctant to even admit what had damaged my car and was vague after I asked if anything had been caught on CCTV.
Long story short two months later the damage to my car has not been sorted. Ms Southworth has been abnoxious, rude and very difficult to deal with.
I have even contacted Howdens head office about a month ago and still no response.
I’ve done whatever they’ve requested provided 2 repair estimates but they’ve taken it to their solicitors so I’ve had no choice but to instruct a solicitor. Ms Southworth bragged smugly that Howdens is a billion pound company so why are they so reluctant to authorise the repairs to my car? Damage caused by their advertising board!!
Honestly absolute abysmal customer service very unprofessional from top down! Taking into account we had just spent a considerable amount of money on ordering a kitchen on the day of the incident.
Absolutely ridiculous causing me so much stress.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Chloe for designing our new kitchen and suggesting relevant ideas for what we wanted to get out of the kitchen. Absolutely love our 'pull out.' You were always pleasant throughout and responded back to texts & E Mails and felt could ask you anything and nothing was too much trouble. Process started in July with attending virtual session in August and kitchen has recently now been fully installed. Anyone thinking of having a new kitchen ask for Chloe and you will not regret it. Thank You !! :-)
