Customer service and good products at the right price

I recently purchased a kitchen for an investment property from Howdens in Castlereagh, Lisburn and Claire was excellent to work with. The design was exactly what I wanted and the value and quality were excellent. I was able to get floors and doors as well all within budget. Being able to get everything I needed in budget and all in one place made everything easier and helped my project complete quickly. I will definitely be purchasing here again for my next project.

All I can say is total nightmare, Howdens and fitter DC Joinery, I have been misold my kitchen, its been poorly fitted, I have been ignored by both sides, sent solicitors letters warning me not to contact their clients, at point of 1st complaint kitchen was 9 weeks old, had blown again and delaminating, offers to do repairs as good will gestures or in case of fitter accepting no liability, Trading standards have advised I must not accept either of these offers as kitchen is not fit for purpose and has been very poorly fitted, as stated on independent reports, been ignored now for weeks by fitter,Howdens latest response is solicitors letter stating I must not contact Howdens again, fitters letter threatened me with injunction, I have paid in full for something I did not order, it was changed by Howdens staff member and fitter via mail that I was unaware of until recently, I have a kitchen 9 weeks old at 1st point of complaint, I had already had one end panel replaced due to blowing on day of completion.
Warning to all customers don't go with either of these companies they will take everything then hide behind each other, all have been left with is a kitchen I can't stand to look at, anxiety and a flare-up of psoriasis that has been at bay for over 3 years. I have every phone call, mail, voice notes and pictures kept, I have been told by this fitter he has been told by solicitors and Barristers he knows the law is on his side and he has done nothing wrong, please people do not outlay any money because you may be told the law is on your side, this may be the case but you have to employ a solicitor to do the work,yet more money but I will not let this go. Howdens customer care actually said yes maybe its not the kitchen you ordered but why can't you just be happy it looks the same. We have put all our saving into this kitchen and have nothing but faults, I have asked over and over who changed my order to this and who picked the Grenwich because it certainly what we were shown examples of our doors were 19mm these are 15mm.
On 1st point of complaint to howdens was asked had I been boiling kettle ??.
DC JOINERY has fitted this kitchen with no sealant behind sink, odd hinges, carcases not screwed to outer panel, drawer front upside down, crack on worktop that has been denied but on closer inspection the pics took on day of completion its there smaller yes but it's there so in time it will get bigger, hinge holes just left open and showing, I have been accused of doing damage myself on a public platform, independent report has said its faulty, plinth below oven fallen of. Since the 1st time I contacted fitter he has denied everything.
Howdens customer care team all seem to be trained in exactly the same way cold, aggressive bullying manner and if you don't agree phone call is ended, receptionist are actually informed if your to much of a bother to staff they are nformed not to put you through, the director of the company seems pleasant enough promises full investigation later that day you will get a mail from another member of this team telling you do not contact the company again,
** Update !! I have now been barred from contacting Howdens at all, this is a large company that are refusing to do an internal investigation, why,

Cannot fault all the staff at the Castlereagh depot, their knowledge, experience and friendliness are second to none. They go out of their way to help no matter what it takes. A great branch to represent their company
