Biggest problem was help getting the existing built in units ready for installation of new worktop

The team has not informed us about the delivery charge during our purchase. The next day, a charge appeared in our account. When we called the branch in Catford, they were very helpful and understanding, and they took the delivery charge off.

The staff at Howdens Catford have been superb! Ever so helpful & patient. They put up with my consistent calls and answered every question & cleared every doubt. A special shout out to Bradley! 🥳.
Kitchen cabinets & appliances not delivered yet but so far so good! I will update once Kitchen is completed.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any enquiry. Front of house staff always friendly and that goes to those employees who deal with phone calls and the warehouse men who always help to load stuff up etc. I have been using this branch for many years and they are my go to depot for kitchend.
Adrian, their kitchen designer, always goes that extra mile and finds ideas and designs that make the client very satisfied.
Highly recommended.

My experience with Howdens Catford was pleasant. The whole team is highly professional and welcoming. My builder and me were able to fix an appointment quickly and met with Adrian for a conversation about our new kitchen, the design, product quality, price and the time frame of delivery. Adrian took us through everything and answered all our questions. Our subsequent questions and e mail correspondence all the way to delivery time, (which was on time as agreed) was superb. We had few changes to make for a scratched door and again the professionalism and the efficiency was absolutely great. I am very grateful to Adrian and the whole team for their hardwork and professionalism. I would recommend anyone to go to Howdens Catford for a pleasant and satisfactory customer service and great product. Thank you Adrian and team.

I came to Howdens Catford Depot after a terrible experience with a builder - Dennis Cox ( DC INNOVATIONS LTD) who used the Howdens Rainham depot.

From my first email to Howdens Catford, it was a good customer service and it only got better.

Zack the depot Manager came out to measure my kitchen and within hours, I went into their office to see the design on their big screen. It was just the perfect design for the size of my kitchen. Zack had clearly listened to everything that I wanted and he came up with a stunning design that maximised the space in my kitchen.

Zack and his staff - Loui, Adrian, Lily worked closely with myself and my new builder Delaney Foster, gave me really good discounts, and a thank you Amazon voucher, responded promptly and found effective solutions to issues that came up.
I also did my Quartz worktop with Howdens and it was a seamless process. The thoroughness that Andrew put into the templating process made the installation a breeze.

My kitchen looks absolutely stunning and it was worth every single penny spent. Thank you Zack, Loui, Adrian, Lily, and Jodie from the customer service team.

Staff at this relatively new Howdens outlet were both welcoming, and in particular Louis was very helpful. Kitchen and Bedroom Designer, Adrian Masola, is to be commended for his attention to detail, hard work and great customer relations. I am very pleased with my chosen product range and the quality of the units. However, from a logistics point of view, my only negative criticisms are that this outlet only provides prices to the trade rather than the ultimate retail customer; and, in my particular case, the cost of the units exceeded my particular budget by about 25%. Having said that, the service was far better than Wren and Magnet and also I believe marginally cheaper.

The staff are all super helpful and offer great knowledge and advice on their range of products. Great communication and prices are aways competitive. I now put all my work through Catford branch purely to the above and beyond attitude of the staff.
