Georgina Arnold at the Charlton store was outstanding.
She gave us no end of ideas for planning out the kitchen and her final plans were exact and appreciated by us and the fitters.
She was very patient and polite working with us through our many questions and changes of mind!
She brought products to the house to show us what would look good…..nothing was too much trouble for her!
The whole team at Charlton were excellent. Whenever Georgina was unavailable Steve (Georgina’s manager) stepped in.
When we needed anything additional during fitting the store managed to get the items to us within a day. This is in stark contrast with the other big name organisations where you can wait weeks…..worth knowing this as a customer!
Delivery was timely and the driver made every effort to store things in a way that helped the fitters.
All very professional and the end product looks great!

I recently had my kitchen units completely renewed with Howdens, and Nassy at the Charlton branch was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She helped me from start to finish, designing everything with incredible precision and attention to detail. Her professionalism was top-notch – she listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made sure every measurement and choice was spot on.
The end result is a kitchen I'm thrilled with, and it wouldn't have been possible without Nassy's expertise and patient guidance. The whole team at Charlton was friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend Nassy and Howdens Charlton to anyone planning a kitchen project!

Being told at mitcham howdens a sink would be there the next day for 12 pm
When I go there after taking a customer s sink and worktopout howdens tell they can’t get it till the following week
No call or message or nothing
And at first they said they cannot refund the waste
What the hell is the point of a waste without the sink

I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen, and I couldn’t have achieved this result without Nassy. From beginning to end, she provided exceptional support and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. She was always available to answer questions—no matter how big or small—and even took calls outside of regular hours to assist during the installation process. Nassy communicated directly with the builders, managed every detail with remarkable patience (despite my many changes of mind), and handled any snagging issues promptly and efficiently. I had my cabinets installed by this company and initially, everything seemed fine. I paid all invoices on time and kept detailed records of every payment. Two months after the final installation and full payment, I suddenly received a bill for £170.18, claiming I hadn’t paid for the sink and tap.

When I contacted the company, I was told it was due to a “system error.” However, I double-checked my invoices and payment records, and there was no missing payment. All items—including the sink and tap—were clearly listed and paid for.

Despite reaching out multiple times and providing proof, I received no further reply. The company has continued to push this unexplained charge without offering any proper explanation or resolution.

This kind of after-sale service is extremely disappointing. I expected better communication and accountability. If you choose to work with this company, I strongly recommend you keep every record and double-check every charge—you may need it later.

Always very helpful and great price

I absolutely love my kitchen and I couldn’t have done it without Nassy!!! From start to finish, she provided on-hand support and went above and beyond to ensure we were as happy as can be with our kitchen. No question was too much for her, and she even took out of hour calls to help me when I unexpectedly got stuck abroad during the fitting of my kitchen. She has the patience of a saint! Her design brought my dream kitchen to life and she was truly so efficient in every sense. Thank you so much for everything Nassy!!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish ! Georgia is an incredibly insightful design professional who will solve all your kitchen problems and make all your dreams come true ! There is nothing she doesn't know and if she can't do it, no one can ! I really couldn't recommend Howdens and Georgia in particular enough, she is a living legend and you are in very safe and intelligent hands with her. Don't even give it a second though, book your appointment today !

Very pleased with design and presentation, Georgia was very helpful and easily solved any awkward space issues. Having a link with trusted installers meant that any alterations needed during the build were facilitated immediately. The quality of build and fitting is very good. The fitters were great too. Very happy with our kitchen, Paul and Iris.

Very pleased with our new Howdens kitchen and so impressed with our kitchen planner Nassy, at Howdens Charlton. From the first time we met Nassy she was friendly, took time to ask about what we wanted from our kitchen and made very helpful suggestions. Nassy is very knowledgeable and very professional. Nassy took time to explain her plan for our kitchen to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. It was clear that Nassy takes huge pride in her work and is very customer focus to make sure we were happy and our new kitchen is perfect for us. When we visited the Charlton store we found the staff welcoming and friendly. We are extremely pleased with the quality and design of our new kitchen and highly recommend Howdens and Nassy.
