I’ve had a brilliant experience with Howdens, and I especially want to mention Anita, who has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She has helped me with everything, made the whole process easy, and has always been professional, friendly, and reliable.

Nothing has been too much trouble for her, and she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted properly. The service has been excellent, and I would highly recommend Howdens and Anita to anyone looking for quality products and great customer care.

I recently visited Howdens Crayford, regarding a kitchen design. I was introduced to a lady called Anita. She was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted, I will now be passing on to my customer to review. I will definitely be coming back to this depot, and speaking to Anita, to get my customer their dream kitchen.

Account opening was very quick, Simon Baker came to home within an hour and filled in the forms and able to open the online account on the same day.. Much appreciated Simon.

Anita helped us a few years ago with our kitchen (which we’re still thrilled with) and so we sought her out again to help us think through our plans for our office and bedroom space. She’s always helpful, friendly and professional and we really value her advice. Simon has also been great getting all our account and trade deals sorted. Really appreciate him meeting with us and going through everything.

Anita came out and measured up and was so helpful with advice for ideas for our new kitchen , and got to drawing up our vision straight away which we couldnt be happier with , and was quick with getting our quote and date for our kitchen to be delivered, from beginning to end 5 star service couldnt recommened them enough

Anita has been great to deal with, came out to measure up, happy to deal with questions and help with designing the product for the space. When I experienced a minor issue with an order she dealt with it promptly and efficiently!

We had a great experience from the design, delivery and customer support from the Crayford branch for our new kitchen. We used a fitter recommended by Howdens who did an amazing job on installing our kitchen and new flooring. Couldn’t recommend them more.
